Cute little spot. Flavorful food & delicious! I loved the spring rolls too. Gf got the vermicelli chicken bowl & I had tofu pad thai. Can't wait to come back for a cocktail !
Yesterday, our group of four adults & one child visited 123Dzo for dinner. We ordered the last dozen oysters of the evening. They appeared reasonably fresh at the time they were served.
After the meal, one person in our group experienced severe vomiting & significant dizziness that lasted for hours throughout the night. Since we shared all of the dishes except for the oysters, which were eaten separately, the oysters are the only item that stands out as a possible cause based on our experience.
We understand that it is difficult to determine the exact source without medical testing, but the timing & symptoms were concerning enough that we felt it was important to share our experience with other customers & with the restaurant management. We hope the restaurant reviews its seafood handling & storage procedures carefully to ensure food safety & prevent similar situations from happening to others.
It was a very upsetting experience for our family, & we were genuinely disappointed by how the evening turned out.
J'aimais beaucoup ce resto. Je l'ai référé à des amis qui ont fait une commande en ligne de plus de 100$, directement sur le site du resto. La commande n'est jamais arrivée!!! On a la preuve car commandé par carte de crédit.Appel au resto, ils disent qu'ils l'ont fait livrer par Über, donnent un numéro qui n'existe pas. Appel à Über, attente de 50 minutes pour se faire dire que la responsabilité est au resto, qu'ils n'ont pas cette commande!!!Après des rappels & même être aller sur place, impossible... Il n'y a pas de gérant, que des jeunes qui ne savent pas, qui ne peuvent rien faire, Pas de responsable!... Au moins ensuite 6 appels dans les jours suivants, toujours impossible de parler au gérant, & toujours aucun remboursement ni excuse!!!
Une horreur! Bref, si vous voulez perdre votre $ & votre temps , commandez en ligne à ce resto!
Jamais vécu une telle expérience avec un resto qui livre!

J'ai fait une reservation en ligne pour laquelle j'ai eu jne confirmation & l'horaore du restaurant en ligne indiquait que celui de montreal était ouvert toutefois nous nous sommes rendu compte arrivé sur place que s'était fermé. Svp mettre vos horaires à jour & bloquer les reservations sur les jours fermés pour eviter ce type d'inconvénients
i liked it! space was beautiful, i'm excited to see it when they open the windows in the summer. service was great & really friendly:)
the food was good but not exceptional, & the pictures on the menu didn't all accurately reflect the appearance of the dishes as they were served, for instance the vermicelli bowl was advertised as having spring rolls in it but only had skewers & salad when it arrived to the table. the fish cake skewer was fantastic & so fresh, & my friend's pad thai was very nice, i really enjoyed the lemongrass & the generous amount of crushed peanuts. all three dishes were a little bit sweet to my liking, but i enjoyed them overall. i have a feeling this is a better place for omnivores than vegetarians & pescetarians, the grilled meats seem to be a menu highlight!
i'm not sure i would actively seek it out again, but it's a good place for a quick & fairly affordable meal!
I recently tried this spot with a friend after wanting to check it out for a while, & I'm really glad we ended up going.
I'll be honest, the service was quite slow at the start. We went on a Monday & the place was absolutely slammed, & it looked like there was only one server working. It took about 40 minutes for us to have our order taken. We did get water fairly quickly, but there was definitely a wait. That said, it felt more like a staffing issue than anything else, & the waiter was still kind & doing their best the whole time.
We almost left, but decided to stay since we really wanted to try the food, & I'm very happy we did. Once we ordered, everything came out pretty fast, & the food completely made up for the wait.
I got a Vietnamese iced coffee, which is always a go to for me, & it was absolutely delicious. My friend tried one of their signature cocktails with a hint of Tabasco & coriander, & it was super unique & surprisingly really good.
For food, we shared shrimp spring rolls that were beautifully presented & easy to split. The clams in lemongrass sauce were honestly incredible, I would love to know how they make that sauce. We also had marinated beef skewers that were cooked perfectly. For my main, I got the pork chop with rice & it was amazing, super flavorful & cooked just right. My friend had the chicken vermicelli bowl & loved it just as much. We both finished everything.
I also really appreciated how clearly the menu labels gluten free options, allergens, spice levels, & dietary preferences. As someone with celiac disease, that made me feel a lot safer eating there, & I had no issues after.
It's maybe slightly on the pricier side, but the portions are generous & the quality is there. I'll definitely be back.
