Review Summary

The organization of the team day with La Brigade Volante left a very positive impression, with highly responsive service and flawless execution, and the quality of the sandwiches was praised by all. The catering setup offered an unforgettable evening, featuring several stations including a Poké bowls station where guests could assemble bowls with tofu, chicken or salmon, vegetables and tasty sauces. A hot meat dish with mashed potatoes and simply prepared carrots was also well executed, and bites and desserts were delicious. At one point a poutine station appeared to close the night on a high note. Overall everything was delicious and well thought out, and the service made the difference with smiling, efficient and friendly staff.
