Super belle expérience chez Pho Long Phung ! L'accueil était vraiment chaleureux, elle était tellement gentille, je me suis senti comme à la maison dès mon arrivée. La nourriture était excellente, avec des portions généreuses. Les prix sont très raisonnables et dans la norme pour la qualité offerte. Honnêtement, que du positif, je recommande sans hésiter et j'ai déjà hâte d'y retourner !

J'ai tout récemment découvert ce petit restaurant très cosy par l'entremise de l'application Toogoodtogo, et tenu par une dame et sa fille (je crois). Toutes 2 fort sympathiques, elles m'ont partagé leur parcours. Elles offraient un excellent repas pour 10$, boisson incluse. C'était délicieux et il y en avait tellement que j'ai pu faire 2 repas avec. Je suis un homme qui a une assez bonne faim. Elles utilisent l'app pour se faire connaître et donner un coup de pouce dans un domaine où il est tres difficile de percer. J'y retournerai sana hésitation pour un repas dans leur menu régulier! 🤩

The best Greek food I've tried hands down, I've been to Greece and nothing beats this place. Not only was the food amazing but the service was impeccable. Although we didn't have a reservation for a Saturday night they accommodated us and gave us complimentary food for the short wait. They were very attentive to our needs and made sure our water was always full. They even gave out ouzo shots to end the night. My parents and I are always well taken care of when we eat here, I have nothing but good things to say and we will continue to come back

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. While I was calmly speaking with one employee, another staff member intervened without being part of the conversation. Despite having no prior interaction with me, she addressed me in a dismissive and disrespectful manner, speaking to me as though I were a child and making remarks that I found inappropriate and insulting. This level of unprofessionalism is deeply concerning. Customers should be treated with basic respect, not spoken down to or confronted without reason. The situation created a very uncomfortable and unwelcome environment. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not make up for it. The service overall was poor, and the food did not meet expectations. Management should take this seriously and address staff conduct. Experiences like this reflect poorly on the business and discourage customers from returning. Thank you for taking the time to respond to my review. I appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few points to ensure an accurate understanding of the situation. Based on my recollection, I was addressed initially by one staff member once, and then by a second staff member twice. Before I was given a reasonable opportunity to respond to the second interaction, multiple staff members became involved simultaneously, speaking over one another and, in my view, communicating in a manner that did not reflect a professional or respectful standard. I would also like to note that my initial communication remained respectful. Any change in tone on my part occurred only after I felt that I was being addressed in an inappropriate manner. In the interest of transparency and an objective review of the situation, I would welcome the release of any available video footage, including audio, related to this incident. I believe this would help provide a clear and complete account for all parties. ------- I completely reject these false accusations. I did not harass or threaten anyone. If you truly believe your claims, then stop making statements online and file a police report immediately. Submit whatever video evidence you say you have I welcome it. Let's be clear: my reactions are a direct result of how your employees chose to speak to and treat me. Respect goes both ways, and I will not be misrepresented. I am not afraid of this situation and I am fully prepared to take it as far as necessary. I will present my own evidence and handle this through the proper legal process so the truth is made clear and everyone involved is held accountable.

Franchement très déçue de mon expérience dans ce restaurant. L'accueil laisse vraiment à désirer, surtout de la part d'une dame mince, de petite taille, dans la quarantaine qui semblait constamment agacée. On avait l'impression de la déranger plus qu'autre chose. En plus, elle parlait de manière assez méchante avec les autres employés, ce qui mettait une ambiance vraiment malaisante. Je pense même qu'elle est responsable, ce qui est encore plus décevant vu son comportement. Le service était lent, peu professionnel, et aucune attention portée aux clients. J'avais en plus une migraine ce jour-là, et l'ambiance ainsi que le comportement du personnel n'ont fait qu'aggraver la situation. Le seul point positif dans ce restaurant, c'est le monsieur qui travaille avec eux : souriant, gentil et avec une énergie très positive. Heureusement qu'il est là pour relever un peu l'image du lieu. C'est dommage, car l'endroit pourrait être agréable, mais le service gâche tout. Je ne pense pas revenir.

Insalubre. Nous avons vu la cuisinière a jeté des pains à la poubelle, a touché la poubelle, puis a continué à préparer les hot-dogs avec les mêmes gants. À aucun moment je ne l'ai vue se laver les mains. Très décevant. Puis lorsque je reçoit ma poutine, il y avait au maximum 5 morceaux de fromage… j'ai donner 5$ de tips et je reçois une frite sauce. The girl working the drive thru this evening 3/26 around 630-7pm absolutely refused to service in english. I was nice and speaking both but, she showed 0 respect to try at least. Not because she can't but, she didn't want to. It's not like we were speaking chinese. It's still Canada. Why should the customer be the one going the extra mile and accomodating the employee? Not the first time but, will be the last time with this location. Enjoy playing politics.

Came craving a wood fired pizza, left with a top 3 sandwich in montreal. This place is a hidden gem. I was shocked, the flavor, the portions, the price. Incredible stuff. My colleague ordered a pizza and it was equally Incredible. Definitely will be spreading the word these guys deserve it !! Come check em out !!
