To celebrate maple season, the Bivouac Refuges invite guests to enjoy a one-of-a-kind winter dining experience from March 1st to 15th. Set inside heated domes on the restaurant's snowy terrace, this immersive evening features a 6-course blind tasting menu created by Executive Chef Xavier Dahan.
The menu highlights boreal cuisine infused with the comforting richness of maple, offering a sensory journey that blends gastronomy, atmosphere, and seasonality. Two seatings are available nightly, with the option to enhance the experience through curated wine pairings.
