As part of the Montréal en Lumière festival, Bivouac welcomes guests to an exclusive gastronomic collaboration between Executive Chef Xavier Dahan and Anora Collier, Executive Chef of La Traite in Wendake.
For two evenings only (February 26th & 27th), this four-hands menu highlights boreal flavours and Wendat influences, showcasing Quebec's rich terroir through refined and creative dishes. The experience is available in the dining room as well as in the iconic Bivouac Refuges.
