To celebrate Easter, Bivouac will host a special Easter brunch on Sunday, April 5th, 2026, from 11am to 2pm.
Created by executive chef Xavier Dahan, the à la carte menu highlights Quebec terroir ingredients with the boreal-inspired flavours that define the restaurant's cuisine.
Guests will be able to enjoy brunch favourites with a creative twist, including eggs Benedict topped with a boreal-spiced hollandaise and served with maple ham, smoked salmon, or spinach. A hearty breakfast platter with maple-smoked bacon, duck sausage, and roasted potatoes will also be available.
Sweet options include Belgian waffles paired with confit duck leg and maple mustard, buttermilk pancakes topped with berries and sweet clover whipped cream, and brioche French toast served with banana, maple syrup, and citrus whipped cream.
To complete the experience, Bivouac's mixologists will offer classic brunch cocktails such as mimosas and espresso martinis, perfect for enjoying a festive meal with family and friends in the heart of the Quartier des spectacles.
