Mayssam Samaha is a Montreal-based food and travel writer, and the founder behind the award-nominated blog, Will Travel for Food. Mayssam travels the globe in search of memorable culinary experiences, while also shining a spotlight on her hometown’s vibrant dining scene.
Her writing has appeared in CNN, Saveur, and AFAR, amongst other publications. She is also the founder of SAISONS, a collection of curated gatherings set in unique spaces and headlining Montreal chefs. You’ll often find her at her favourite place in Montreal, the Jean-Talon Market.
