After months of anticipation, Camilo's long-awaited project has finally come to life: Cams Déjeuner is now officially open. Already well known throughout Montreal's culinary scene, Camilo has built a strong reputation among chefs and food lovers alike, making the opening of his breakfast café one of the city's most anticipated new restaurant launches.
Designed as a welcoming neighbourhood spot where guests can enjoy both excellent coffee and generous breakfast sandwiches made with house-baked bread and fresh ingredients, Cams Déjeuner focuses on warm hospitality, homemade products, and the kind of thoughtful simplicity that defines the very best local cafés.
Open Wednesday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Cams Déjeuner is the perfect opportunity to discover one of Montreal's most anticipated restaurant openings of the past few months. The café has also recently introduced a lunch menu featuring three sandwiches: Smoked Salmon & Avocado, the Club Cams with chicken and bacon, and a vegan White Bean Falafel sandwich.
