The place is always busy as it's at the airport. They give good service & make sure you're not waiting too long. Plus, there's room to sit & eat there. You can't use Tim's rewards to earn or redeem points, which is a bit odd.Voir plus
This is not a "real" Tim Hortons, but a franchise. What does that mean? Canada visitors do not get their favorite snacks, but only basics that were available decades ago. The staff is much better paid than the real Tim Horton's staff, but treats the customers much worse. For example: Today we were informed that from now on there will be no more large coffees - without explanation! The coffee was served in old white paper cups over the dirty counter. Airport employees are switching to Tim Hortons branches on their way to work, unfortunately passengers do not have this option. A shame for the Tim Hortons name.Voir plus
Staff tells me I cannot use Tim Hortons points or use my app for purchase credits! So upsetting! Food is as usual but limited in choices. Food Staff was careful & accommodating with allergies. Location is in Main terminal & close to gate 1-2Voir plus
Ein typisches Tim Hortons Café. Hab mir hier vor meinem Weiterflug nach Winnipeg ein Cappuccino und belegtes Baguette geholt. Total leckere finde ich den French Vanilla Cappuccino. Das belegte Baguette war auch köstlich und hat mich satt gemacht. Nettes Personal. Ich liebe Tim Hortons😍💯👌🏻. Ist mein Lieblingscafé. Absolut weiterzuempfehlen. Von mir volle 5 Sterne.Voir plus

I wanted to surprise my wife with a chocolate milk Iced Capp. They were out of chocolate milk... The gentleman who worked there felt bad for me, & ran to another store in order to get a couple of chocolate milk cartons. He clearly went above & beyond for my request, when he could have just brushed me off with a "we are out of chocolate milk". Outstanding service, my wife was very pleased! Thank you sir! Our first time in Tim Hortons Montreal Airport was very BAD!!!! The store ambience was good. At 4am, there's a lil bit of long cue. But sad to say, the girl who assist us is not accommodating. Im very disappointed of how the way she treated us.I can understand if she was exhausted of work or what, but please you must maintain good customer service, you do not know, what happens to every customer you've met , maybe, they have long layovers or sudden cancelled flight. So, to that girl staff who assisted us on 4am something on Dec.28, 2023. Im sorry if we did not understand you & a bit confuse of our orders, you can explain us calmly. No need to yell, we're very exhausted at that time because of our long layover. So please maintain a GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE at all times!!!Voir plus
pretty typical for a Tim Hortons, great for coffee & other drinks, snacks & quick meals. For food in airports this is definitely one of the cheaper places for food & drink. There is sometimes a long line up, this time there wasn't. It is located through security on your way to gates 1 through 11. it is one of the more kid friendly options here. Take out is a good option to if you are short on time or want to eat at the gate.Voir plus

We highly recommend Tim Hortons at Montreal airport. Our plane was cancelled & after all the chaos we were starving. The company gave us tickets so we could eat but it was too late, they were almost closed. We got into, & the lady gently before hearing our story, decided to make us sandwiches even if it was closed. After all of that, 10 minutes later she appeared running after us to give us for free a box with 50 timbits. All the people working there were so nice & we are really grateful for this amazing service. We love Tim Hortons Alba & ApoVoir plus
