Bonjour, jai mentionné dans ma réservation que c'était la fête de ma conjointe & malheureusement personne n'a lu le message. A quoi bon nous demander d'écrire si nous avons des demandes spéciales si voys ne l'ai lisez pas?

It was a busy Saturday & our waitress was new. It took us almost two hours to get our mains. Lots of mistakes & forgotten items, which happens when you are new. The problem is that she never really received support from the other waitress that was supposed to shadow her. Drinks were delivered by the bar staff & some of the plates by the kitchen employees.
The food was mostly good. I really enjoyed the szechuan chicken in lettuce wraps.

Réservation à 18 hres ! attendu 20 min avant que quelqu'un vienne nous voir 18:45 demande à la serveuse de l autre section .. est ce que tu sais qui devrait s occuper de nous ? Elle répond non mais je vais aller vois ma gestionnaire! Revient & nous dit ce n est pas moi mais je vais m occuper de vous ( Sabrina de son prénom qui nous a servi d une façon impeccable) nous avions un spectacle à l étoile à 20 hres !! reçu notre repas vers 19:20 avons dû avaler tout rond !! Je me pose la question à quoi ça sert de réserver? J étais déjà aller 2 fois sur la terrasse & j étais servi en dedans de 30 min nous étions 4 j ai amené des amis qui ne connaissait pas le Zibo !! Vraiment très déçu de la gestion de ce restaurant!! 5 étoiles ⭐️ à Sabrina celle qui n aurait pas dû s occuper de nous mais qui l a fait d une façon impeccable

Mon amie qui m'accompagnait voulait un café décaféiné...mais il n'y avait pas d'option sans lactose...elle aurait aimé avoir un latte au lait de soya ou d'amandes...bref un lait végétal...même chose pour les desserts. Il serait judicieux d'ajouter au moins une option sans lactose dans votre liste de dessert & pour vos cafés. Nous avons adorés notre soirée & notre repas.

Nice food & reasonable prices for the style & location. I had the poutine for starters & pizza for my mains & it was fine. The poutine was tastey, but the pizza was not anything special or something I would say was amazing. However I would come back again & try other dishes.
