Les plats étaient très bons, un item à été oublié d'être amené nous avons dû redemander après 20 min d‘attente . La musique était très forte, on ne s'entend pas parler. L'ambiance serait formidable si le volume de la musique était moins fort.
Merci , nous avons quand même passé du bon temps .

I always enjoy the food & drinks at Zibo's however last night the calamari were so thin & crispy, & my steak was overcooked. A little disappointed. Not worth what I paid for.

Le service a été extrêmement lent, il a fallu demander si nos plats principaux arrivaient bientôt, d'autant plus que notre serveur avait annoncé après les entrées que les plats suivraient rapidement.
Aucune compensation offerte durant le temps d'attente (du pain aurait fait l'affaire).

J'y retournerai certainement. Tout était impeccable!! Cependant, il manquait un élément important à notre plat & nous aurions aimé recevoir un crédit sur notre facture en compensation. Autrement, nous sommes réparties très contentes!

We were seated at an outdoor table but apparently the hostess forgot to give us our menus. Because we had no menus at the table it seemed like we were just lingering after we paid & nobody even looked in our direction for about 20 minutes. It was not until we finally grabbed a passing waitress that we got her attention & got service. She was very earnest & gracious but it took a while longer to get our drinks & appetizer.
Ironically, your policy is that we could only occupy a table for 2 hours & we easily exceeded that with all the delays that we experienced.
