Le service a été super long & on nous avait dit à notre entrée à 18h que nous devions avoir quitté pour 20h. À 19h50, nous avons dû faire la remarque au serveur que nous voulions des desserts même si nous devrions avoir quitté pour 20h. Il y avait beaucoup d'erreurs dans les commandes & mon poulet n'avait pratiquement pas de sauce.
Service défaillant, je crois que la serveuse était inexpérimenté, elle a fait son possible, mais elle manquais visiblement d'encadrement. Sur vos terminaux, vous additionnez le pourboire sur les taxes, ce qui est inadmissible, ça ca me choque au plus haut point.
Informed at 5h30pm that they didn't have filet mignon on new years eve. Offered bavette instead which was undercooked, sitting on a platter of brocolli.
Service was cold & sparse.

Went there on Dec 30th 2023 for my aunt's birthday. We were a group of 18 people including seniors, adults, teenagers & young children & no one was very pleased with their meals. The food was lacking in flavour. Everyone ate their meals & there was no need to return it but it was absolutely nothing to brag about. The quality in the food has decreased significantly over the years. Also the first time I've ever asked for a celebratory piece of cake & they brought it without a candle. Cheap to say the least. Staff was stretched so we did have to wait quite a bit. I had the sauté teriyaki chicken... 4/10, good quantity means nothing without quality.
La soupe a l'oignon était froide & le fromage complètement figé sans parler du pain mou & deguelasse... heureusement que la gentillesse du serveur était meilleure pour rattraper un peu le tout....

We had a group of 20 go to Zibo's for lunch today & it was a pretty disappointing time. We arrived for our reservation around 1pm &, by 2:30pm, had not seen hide nor hair of any of our food. I ordered the Santa Fe burger which came with overcooked, hard fries, & a small, artistic puddle of something red. The burger itself was good, but nothing amazing. Others in my party, who had also previously gone to Zibo in past years, said the quality of the food had gone down. The food with the highest praise was the General Tao Style Chicken, which I didn't try, but looked pretty good. I also had a Limonade Fizz, with a shot added, which tasted very sweet, but seemed to be missing the alcohol.

50 minutes pour se faire servir un tartare de saumon & une salade méditerranéenne avec saumon. Inconcevable, surtout que l'on a pris la peine d'aviser la serveuse à notre arrivée (17h45) que nous avions un spectacle à 20h00. 2h15 aurait dû être plus que suffisant pour nous servir notre entrée & plat principal. Nous avons dû sauter le café & le dessert, faute de temps. Heureusement, la nourriture était excellente, mais très déçue du service que nous avons eu.
J'y retournerai quand même parce que c'est bon, que j'aime l'ambiance & que c'est la première fois que j'en ressors déçue.
Service de marde le serveur pas donner de sceau à vin blanc pas de pain ni de vin. Que je voulais blanc sur 2 choix je trouve cela ordinaire surtout pour la période des fêtes
