My friend & I recently had a great lunch at ZIBO restaurant at the Dix30 Mall on the South Shore of Montreal. There are a lot of restaurants at Dix30 but this was the first time I tried ZIBO. The atmosphere & decor of ZIBO is very inviting, There is a mixture or standard tables plus high tops & a bar area. The service is quick & the attentive & the menu options are very varied. I tried a virgin rusty nail for the first time which was actually very good. My friend ordered the sliced ahi tuna in a sesame crust with salad & I had the Sante Fe burger. The burger was huge, much bigger than a comparable burger dish at another restaurant. It was absolutely delicious with chipotle mayo, bacon, onion confit & more toppings. Our server had a great sense of humour & was very helpful in making menu suggestions - this is an absolute plus. Like I said, I've been to many restaurants at Dix30, but ZIBO's is one I will definitely return to. a great choice
I really want to give a higher rating, but... I placed an order for takeout & picked up my order. It included a burger, fries, & cheesecake. But when opening the bag after returning to my hotel, the cheesecake was not there. Called Zibo to have the charge for the.missing cheesecake taken off & was told the staff there couldn't do it & the morning manager would need to call me & reverse that charge. Evening staff was friendly & took all of my information & order number. The manager thought did not call, text, or email about my issue. After waiting a full day, I simply have to accept that this management does not care to return calls & fix problems that occur. UPDATE: I did reve a call after my original post but was unable to answer. Today there is a credit issued for the missing. Thank you for doing the right thing! It is appreciated.
Bon mais pas exceptionnel pour un prix très élevé ! Un sandwich, un plat de pâte & une maigre ( très pauvre en fromage) soupe à l oignons. Avec taxe & type 76$ très cher pour un lunch & surtout pour ce que c'était, à ce prix sa aurait due être exceptionnel! Pris note, ne pas y retourner.

Nous sommes allés hier dimanche après-midi le 5 octobre moi & mon amie Nous avons été accueillies par l'hôtesse avec un très beau sourire & gentille. Nous avons été servis par Jean-Nic super de bon service,beau sourire Très gentil J'adore se restaurant autant pour la nourriture que pour l'ambiance

I must be getting old. I found the space to be very noisy. Perhaps that's the vibe they intended. The food & service made for it. Who wants to have a conversation when your taste buds are being treated with tastes & textures of pasta & sauce? I really enjoyed the beef & blue cheese ravioli in a mushroom sauce, & my wife enjoyed the tagliatelle. The pogo shrimp appetizer was really good too. Our ears were ringing for a half hour after leaving. Yep, we're old 😅
Food was delicious, a nice modern atmosphere & prices are reasonable. Our server was very kind & friendly but it took really really long for us to get our food. We noticed a family next to us where the child got his meal & dessert & the parents were served over an hour later. I understand that it's a very busy restaurant but I've been to other very busy restaurants with much faster service. Overall, it's a great restaurant & I would go again but you must expect a long delay.

Merveilleux endroit pour fêter les anniversaires ou juste pour se retrouver avec des amis. Cependant ils nous ont jamais fait savoir que la réservation serait juste que pour deux heures, heureusement ils nous ont donné plus de temps, mais ça nous a fait passer un moment peu agréable à notre arrivée.
The waitress was super!Her English was not too good, but when in Quebec, that is to be expected. The food was subpar for the prices. Nothing special, & I'm sure no "chef" on staff. Most likely, just some kids in the kitchen flipping the grill. Outdoor seating was nice, but nothing special. Waste of money & try something higher end not in a strip mall.....
