Excellent restaurant pour la qualité & le prix! Les portions sont très généreuses & ils sont très attentionnés aux allergies. Pour ma part, il y a un menu sans gluten avec d'excellentes options! Je recommande absolument!
I really enjoyed the food & the overall vibe at Zibo Brossard, but the service was disappointing.
I'm a regular Zibo customer, mostly at the Laval location, & I also order frequently through Uber Eats from there. The service in Laval is way better, & after this experience, I think I'll continue going there, even though it's a bit farther from my house.
At Brossard, the appetizers were great, but we struggled to share them because the waiter didn't bring any plates. I assumed he would, but we had to ask, & even then, he just placed them at the end of the table instead of handing them to us properly.
Another issue was the language barrier. I mentioned multiple times that I only speak English, but the waiter kept speaking in French, making it hard to communicate. After giving us the dessert menu, he never came back to ask if we wanted anything. I had to wave for a long time to get his attention just to ask for the bill. Even when we finally received the receipt, he placed it in the same spot as the plates, making it awkward to grab.
I really wanted to give this place five stars because the food & ambiance were great, but the service made me feel unwelcome. If the service improves, I'd consider coming back, but for now, I'll stick with Laval.
Je suis allé plusieurs fois chez Zibo! Pour souper entre amoureux où en groupe & jamais je n'ai été déçu ainsi que le restant de notre groupe. Ambiance superbe, qualité des plats (on point). Hier je leur ai rendu visite parce que j'étudie en cuisine & j'avais un test qui était de poser des questions sur comment une cuisine fonctionne. Premièrement j'ai très bien été accueilli & le chef en place à pris le temps de répondre à mes questions sans problème. Ça démontre la qualité & l'engagement des employés, je vais devoir faire un stage à la fin dees cours & certainement que j'aimerais le faire chez Zibo! 5 étoiles.
La nourriture m'a beaucoup impressionné.

Great menu items all with unique twists & flavors without being weird or too eclectic. The servers are very friendly & responsive. Great for a casual dinner with a 5 star feel.

We chose Zibo for a small office gathering. The food & drinks were great. We were served by Stephanie this evening. I can't say enough about her excellent service!!!

To be quite honest, this review is not about the food but rather how the staff handled a rather delicate situation. I will not go into the details but I'll just say that I felt physically threatened after a lady decided to take whatever rage she had on me & blocked my exit. When I signalled the incident to our server Steve, he promptly advised his supervisor Marie-Christine who also had an altercation with the same lady earlier. They asked the group of which she is part to leave after making sure that I didn't want to press charges. I was offered some shots to calm my nerves & took care of my meal, which was a very nice gesture. & that is why I can't comment on the food as the incident happened just before the maim course Kudos & thank yoy to the staff who made my evening a little less dramatic.
Food was very good! Nothing to say about that. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the server came up to us to say that it was cheap on our part for not ordering an entré, when we ordered a bottle of wine & & left great tip. Also when choosing our wine the server asked us our age & said that we were young & probably wanted sweet wine for beginners. Not very appreciated the comments that were made throughout the night.
