Yumi Burger comes up in reviews as a standout with juicy, well-seasoned burgers made from fresh ingredients, soft buns, crisp toppings, and creative combinations that stay flavorful without being overcomplicated. The atmosphere at the Old Port location is described as relaxed and welcoming, and service is often praised as friendly and efficient. Some notes highlight value concerns and inconsistent portions, with fries or sides occasionally underwhelming and a few orders found too salty or overpriced, or affected by wait times or kitchen lapses. Positive mentions include halal options, homemade chicken tenders, tasty poutine, and overall solid beef burgers that many would recommend for a casual meal. Overall, Yumi Burger is widely regarded as worth a visit for quality burgers and a pleasant setting, with opinions varying on price, portion size, and side dish quality.
Tasty burger, though fries with only warm.
Base bun was soggy very quickly.
Will return & next time request hot fries when I order.
We live nearby on St Paul.
Kitchen crew assembling the burgers did not wear gloves, which is extremely alarming…
Fantastic halal burgers, very juicy & flavourful, plus a very good poutine as well (light crispy crinkle cut fries make for a great base for the poutine)
Worth coming if you find yourself in the old port. Ordered chicken tenders for the kids, & was nice to see they were home made tenders. The chicken salad burger is great too.
YUMI Burger apparently was a MUST to visit in Montreal. It was good, first time having Poutine as really nice, Burger was great as well. Was dead inside so ordered at the screens & waited about 5mins for the food.
When I went, the only employee there barely spoke to me, took my order & forgot to give me my drink. The food was ok. The music was so loud I couldn't even hear the person on my call.
