Customer service is great, the employee working tonight was very informative & kind to me 😊 great recommendation, I loved my black tea brown sugar pearl latte, it was really tasty & not too sweet which is a winner for me! They actually have more unique tea than other places. While they may be slow, but each time I came, I can tell the lady working there will treat everything with care.View more

The atmosphere was very well decorated & we bought two brown sugar Milk tea they unfortunately already had set ingredients like the ice & sugar but once we got the drink & tried it the drink didn't have any brown sugar flavour at all. All I could taste was the milk & a tapioca flavour. Speaking of the tapioca,they're really small. It's unfortunate that they didn't offer the different sizes of tapioca because I like the original size. So they should probably add more brown sugar or give the option to add or remove ice &/or sugar because even the ice watered the drink down so it was basically watered down milk with tapiocaView more
