J'ai pris le rouleau printanier au crabe des neiges avec la sauce aux arachides & il était délicieux. Mon ami a pris des sushis ainsi que des dragons eyes & elle était très satisfaite! Les produits vendus sont vraiment très frais je les recommande sans hésitation ❤️

La qualité est très bonne, mais, pour les vrais connaisseurs, il manque un peu de travail côté qualité gustative.

Comme je l'ai dit auparavant, la soupe miso en dit long sur la qualité d'un bar à sushi. La soupe miso végée chez Vida offre des portions bien généreuses de bons champignons (shiitake), d'algues & de carottes effilochées. Par contre, le bouillon est fade & manque complètement de goût . En plus, une soupe miso qui se respecte doit contenir des petits cubes de tofu.

Les sushis
La qualité des ingrédients est encore une fois très bonne. Toutefois, on semble essayer d'impressionner le client avec la quantité d'ingrédients contenus dans les rouleaux au point même qu'on affecte l'intégrité structurel du morceau.

D'autant que j'ai critique certain ratio de trop mettre de riz, chez Vida c'est le contraire, ils n'en mettent pas assez.

Regardez également le peu de wasabi fournie pour 20 mcx, c'est nettement insuffisant.

Je crois qu'il y a un bon potentiel pour l'amélioration chez Vida & je vais définitivement y retourner dans l'espoir de les encourager à l'amélioration.
