Today I ordered a burger through Uber & went to pick it up. On my way, I realized I actually wanted a double hamburger instead of a simple one.
When I arrived, my order was already ready, but I still asked the young lady if it was possible to change it - & to my surprise, she did it right away without any hesitation!
Even though it was already prepared & ., she handled it with such kindness & a big smile.
It might seem like a small gesture, but it meant a lot to me. It's rare to find employees that friendly & professional at that hour.

It was my first time trying your service after midnight. At first, I hesitated because I thought the service might not be as good at that hour, but luckily I ordered! Everything was just as we requested-the burger was even more delicious than I imagined, & the poutine was perfectly hot, just the way I wanted it. C'était ma première fois chez Uni Burger & j'ai pris un combo burger, frites & boisson. Franchement, j'ai été agréablement surpris ! Le burger était bien garni & savoureux, les frites croustillantes & la boisson bien fraîche.
