Visited from Toronto. By the time we arrived we were starving & as Greeks we wanted to try a Greek restaurant. That wasn't it unfortunately.
Nothing of what we tasted was Greek not even to the slightest.
The lamb chops were just ok but 50$ for 4 little pieces & oven tasteless potatoes (which they were supposed to be lemony as per Greek standards) accompanied by a big uncut tomato with a bad quality feta on top didn't worth the price at all.
The other dish it had only a few pieces of something was supposed to be gyro but it wasn't even close & the most of it was fat & skin & badly seasoned.
The tzatziki? No it wasn't tzatziki at all. It was a wanna be but hardly failed in the process.
The service tho it was amazing. Very helpful & knowledgeable. Well done having such great staff.
The restaurant itself also had a great vibe with nice music.
We had such a fun & delicious meal at Tzatziki-qui in Old Montreal. The food was authentic Greek & absolutely delicious from start to finish.
We enjoyed both the red & white sangrias, which were refreshing & perfectly balanced. The calamari was light & crispy, the moussaka was rich & flavorful, & the kefalograviera saganaki was a standout ...fried cheese flambéed tableside with Ouzo, which made for a great experience as well as an amazing dish.
The atmosphere really brought it all together, with the Greek music playing in the background adding such a lively, authentic touch.
A special shoutout to our waitress, Jade, who was outstanding. She was friendly, attentive, & added so much to the overall experience.
Great food, great atmosphere, & great service. This is a must-visit spot in Old Montreal!
Stopped in unexpectedly for a late night dinner & the food was absolutely fantastic! The chicken pita wrap was positively overflowing with tzatziki & the chicken was really well seasoned. Friend had the shrimp pita & said it was also delicious.
The vibe here is wonderful. We made a reservation for early on Saturday night & loved the decor & atmosphere from the minute we walked in. The tables are a bit close together but there's definitely enough space to maneuver around your table.
We shared the calamari, which was perfectly fried & came with a rich & thick tzatziki sauce. I also had the filet mignon skewer which came with large portions of rice, fries, & salad. Everything was seasoned nicely & cooked very well. Service is attentive & food arrives quickly. Highly recommend a visit here!
Big props to this restaurant & the manager, Amira! - she made the experience great. Old Montreal lacks good
quality greek food & this place fills that gap very well. Thanks Amira & Tzatziki-qui!
Tout est bon mais votre tzatziki a trop d'aneth. Je suis grec & ça me devrais pas goutter comme ça.
We didn't expect to find amazing Greek food in Montreal, but we did! Tzatzi-qui satisfied my craving of authentic Greek food (since I've been craving the real stuff for 20 years!) as much as it can be satisfied without being back in Greece.
Between all the delicious dips … tzatziki, tirokafteri, skordalia (yes we tried them all), & the entrees we ordered, we had way too much food, but everything was delicious!
The ambiance was great & service was hospitable & friendly. We did go at a slow time, so we didn't need a reservation & almost had the restaurant to ourselves, which admittedly is my favorite time to dine 😊
Definitely check this place out for lunch or dinner if you are in Montreal & craving Greek food!

Excellent meal, great vibe. The tzatziki is next level. Would be a great place to go with a group or a couple. We got the chef's platter & everything was delicious.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this Greek restaurant! The food was authentic, fresh, & full of classic Mediterranean flavours - from perfectly seasoned souvlaki to rich tzatziki & fresh Greek salad. The service was friendly & attentive, & the atmosphere made the meal even more enjoyable. Great choice for lunch or dinner, & I highly recommend it to anyone who loves quality Greek cuisine!
Loved everything about this restaurant! Our waitress was incredibly attentive & accommodating. She happily adjusted the dishes to our needs & answered all our menu questions with patience.
We ordered the Kota Chicken Skewer & the Kota Pita with chicken, & both were absolutely delicious. The portions were generous, the chicken was tender & flavorful, & the tzatziki sauce was perfectly creamy & tasty.
Will definitely be coming back!
I may seem strange to be seeking out a Greek restaurant in a largely French part of Canada, but Tzatzi-Qui (a take-off on tzatziki, a creamy yogurt sauce typically served with gyros) is worth a trip. The Dolmades (Dolma Dakia on the menu) & Calamari were excellent, The mixed Gyro plate, however, was disappointing. The chicken was very good, but the pork was overcooked. Nevertheless, if I find myself back in Old Montreal, I would give it another go. Perhaps the chef just had an off night. There's lovely outdoor seating, friendly servers, & excellent wine, & the food we had was more than enough. One suggestion...if you're going for dinner, either arrive early or phone ahead for a reservation. It's a very popular place!
I ordered from this restaurant for the first time through Uber Eats & was looking forward to trying the chicken brocheyte platter. The chicken was very tender & had great flavor, which I appreciated! However, both the chicken & the rice were overly salty, which unfortunately overpowered the dish & made it difficult to finish. The rice itself was also quite mediocre in texture & taste.
The Greek salad wasn't very fresh & didn't have a good balance of ingredients. I also found the tzatziki to be far too salty..
Overall, I had higher expectations & hope the restaurant can improve the seasoning & quality of its sides in the future.
Friendly service. Calamari was kinda dry & small portions but tasted good, & the included tzatziki was great. Got the gyro pork pita & it was perfect. I highly recommend the s'mores frappé cappuccino.
My Greek friend who kept me company also gave her approval.
I stumbled upon this gem of a Greek restaurant & was completely blown away! From the moment I walked in, the warm, welcoming vibe set the perfect tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable meal.
The highlight? Discovering their rich, creamy Tzatzi-qui-hands down the best I've ever had. Perfectly tangy with just the right hit of garlic & freshness from the cucumber. It was addictive.
I went with the Mid Express option & wow-what a feast! It starts with a hearty, flavorful soup (you can choose between chicken or pork), which was both comforting & deeply savory. Then came the main: a choice of chicken, pork, or veggie pita, served with crispy golden fries or a fresh, zesty salad. I chose chicken & fries, & every bite was pure bliss. The pita was soft, stuffed with tender, juicy meat, & generously topped with that incredible Tzatziki.
Portions were generous, prices were super reasonable, & the quality? Exceptional. Whether you're a Greek food lover or just looking to try something new, don't miss this place. I'll be dreaming about that Mid Express combo for a while!
What a sensational meal! The tzatziki has a delightful garlicky bite to it & the kopanisti (spicy feta dip) is also excellent. I had the marg-aphrodite, their take on a spicy margarita with pepperoncini juice & it was incredible. The spanakopita is top notch. The mains were all solid as well. Oh & the wait staff are all really lovely - Florence is super sweet & gave us some good recommendations to make sure we had a really enjoyable dinner. This was one of the best meals I had in my visit to Montreal.
fried feta pita was yum & delicious tzatziki too. went at 2pm we were like the only ones there & nice service & atmosphere
Great food! The sharing plate & the 3 dip option is great with a friend, & we loved the garlic dip & the tzatziki. The wild spice feta dip definitely has some kick! The Dolma Dakia is delicious but the portion is on the small side. The fries are also very yummy. The seating inside is a bit cramped, especially when busy. Overall definitely want to come back to try their lunch express option!
Edit: Came back in January of 2025 & tried the shrimp skewer plate & the sharing platter again! Still highly recommend coming here, especially if you're looking to share plates & try a little of everything.
This review is from someone who is Greek & we love our food so gyro was good , filet mignon was dry & had no flavour, definitely not grilled but seared & put in oven, chicken skewer was dry ,rice needed flavour (Greeks don't eat rice it's a North American thing), saganaki was not good & way to thin, especially for what you pay, drinks were ok, was gonna have the lamb but when I read it comes with a mint sauce that was sad , Greeks don't do mint with lamb, got a feeling the owner is not Greek, there is no Greek restaurant that offer mint with lamb, tzatziki needs more garlic, but that atmosphere is nice just the food wasn't up to par♂️
