Traiteur Brera, a company & collective founded by Adam Mariani and Chef Ricardo Lo Schiavo in 2015. Our lives, our passion, our traditions are embedded in every aspect of this business. Both raised in homes where our Italian immigrant grandparents were our mentors; recipes and "a way of life" were passed down from the old world to the new generation. Our goal was to create an experience that transcends the ceremonial aspect of cooking, breaking bread and conversing. Attempting to recreate our childhood memories through sharing our love for food and hosting, we knew this company was our destiny.

We got so lucky with Rodrigue!! He was amazing!!! The food was exceptional! beautifully presented, incredibly flavorful, & consistently impressive from start to finish. Our guests are still talking about how good everything was! Not one bite wasn't delicious!!!
What truly set him apart was how far he went above & beyond. His professionalism, attention to detail, & commitment to excellence were evident in every aspect of the experience. He didn't just deliver amazing food …. he delivered an unforgettable experience.
He exceeded all expectations & played a huge role in making our wedding so memorable. We are beyond grateful for his dedication & talent! Rodrigue you are incredible thank you so much!!

We had the best experience with Brera! Not only was the food amazing, but the service from Gian-Luca & Kassandra was truly amazing. They were both very quick to answer any questions we had & help us with planning our menu. All of our guests loved the food, especially the mushroom pasta, & almost everyone went for seconds. They were extra accommodating with our guests with allergies which we felt was very important. Once on site they were efficient & accomplished everything without having to me told what to do. Overall we would recommend to anyone 100/10

Sandwhich au proscuitto & pesto pas top par contre... Le fromage & le pain n'avait pas un goût particulièrement agréable.

We had the best experience working with Brera. The food/bar service was truly exceptional at our wedding!! All staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, & generous. They were so attentive to every small detail - even at our brunch (the day following the wedding), they made it look so beautiful & repurposed flowers from the day before, to dress up the buffet & tables. We coordinated with Julie throughout the process (our wedding was at the Willow Inn), she is the absolute best & wants to make sure your special day is perfect. Thanks so much to the entire team, from David & I!

What a phenomenal experience with Brera! We chose them as our wedding caterer via the Willow in Hudson. From our menu tasting in the Old Port with Sasha to our wedding day with him as the Maitre D - we cannot state how great he & his team were. They made everything so special & thought about all of the small details. They prepared a platter of entrées for us to enjoy after our ceremony & midway through our pictures.
As for the meal, all of our guests spoke so highly of the food, as well as the presentation. It was everything & more we could have wished for!
If you're trying to pick a venue/catering company - look no further than Brera. We can't speak highly enough of our wedding day experience with them!

We had Brera cater our wedding, & I truly don't even know where to begin. Yes…the food was absolutely incredible,but honestly, that felt like a bonus compared to the level of service we received.
From the moment we booked until the very last second of our big day, the Brera team delivered A1 VIP service. As a bride, to feel zero stress or worry about one of the most important parts of the day is something I'll never forget. I didn't even have to ask…everything was already taken care of. They anticipated every detail before I could even think of it.
The staff was kind, professional, organized, & completely on top of things. I would recommend Brera to anyone & everyone for any event, big or small. This team goes so far beyond expectations. I'm still blown away.

My fiancé & I's favourite thing to do together is to try new restaurants & pretend that we're food critiques. We love to share our thoughts & opinions between each other throughout our little date night, being extremely particular about not only the food, but the ambiance & the service as well. With this in mind, it was extremely important to us that the catering company we select for our wedding reception reflects the quality of all the best restaurants we've ever been to, & that's exactly what Brera had done for us. After working with them as our caterer, we were left utterly speechless by how incredible our experience was. From building our menu, to personalizing it to our very particular tastes; to how meticulously all of our guests were cared for on the day of, especially us as the bride & groom; to the quality of every single canapé & dinner course; the execution was phenomenal, beyond all our greatest expectations. I cannot even begin to explain my gratitude for the service we have received from them, as myself, my groom, & all of our family & friends were absolutely blown away. Rave reviews from everyone. We cannot recommend Brera enough. A special thanks to Gian-Luca & Kassandra who we worked very closely with - our hearts are so full.
