J'ai commandé 2 sous marins extra large en ligne & c'est pas mangeable du tout pas de vinaigrette le pepperoni est sec & le boeuf a l'air d'un pain de viande & en plus ça disait que j'ai des bâtonnets pain au fromage gratuit avec achat de plus $30 & c'est nullement mentionné lors de la commande
Lorsque we j'ai demandé lors de la prise de ma commande la gérante m'as dit qu'elle peut rien faire & demandé garder le coupon pour la prochaine commande
& je l'ai répondu qu'il n'y aurait pas de prochaine commande
Quel service à la clientèle!!!!!

My kids love their pizza. I used to love their subs but they have gone corporate & have obviously re-jigged the way they make their subs. All the taste that made it a wonderful comfort food is gone. I now buy my subs from Vincent Sous-Marin

On a attendu notre commande pendant 45 minutes. Les plats ne sont pas dignes d'un restaurant tout juste pour une restauration rapide sauf qu'ils ont été très lent. Je pense qu'ils ont un problème de manque de personnel mais ils acceptent tout le monde sachant très bien que le service ne suivra pas. Ce n'est pas trop professionnel. A la commande on s'était dit qu'on prendrait un dessert mais compte tenu du temps de service on a préféré s'abstenir. Actuellement je ne recommande pas cet endroit.
