Excellente expérience chez Tony T.

Chaque plat était un vrai coup de coeur :
• Le carpaccio était finement tranché, garni de pickles, micropousses, oeuf & émulsions bien équilibrées. Très bien présenté & savoureux.
• La salade César au chou de Bruxelles revisitée était généreuse, croustillante, & riche en parmesan, avec des croûtons maison bien dorés.
• La pizza burrata avec prosciutto & roquette était fraîche, bien garnie & parfaitement cuite, avec une pâte fine & croustillante.
• Les raviolis à l'osso buco servis dans une sauce rosée crémeuse étaient tendres & pleins de goût. Une vraie réussite.

Service rapide, ambiance agréable en terrasse, & une carte qui donne envie de revenir pour tout goûter. Un sans faute.
