J'ai pris l'escalope de veau parmigiana & elle était dure. Je prends toujours ce repas donc, je suis habitué qu'elle soit tendre. Un petit peu déçu.

Le restaurant est sans doute le meilleur du coin. Aussi n'est-il pas surprenant qu'il soit très couru. Hier, il y avait une fête de famille ou de retraite avec de nombreux invité(e)s. Le résultat a été que pour ceux & celle qui comme nous n'en faisait pas partie, le personnel, très sollicité, n'avait qu'une attention distraite pour nous. Donc, pas typique ou représentatif, mais le service était lent. Jadis, le pain qui arrivait sur nos tables était chaud, un plus qu'il faudrait désormais soustraire?
