J'ai passé un superbe moment hier soir à cet établissement. Le repas était excellent & que dire de notre serveur. Rudy était agréable, présent, efficace & professionnel. Il est venu vérifier si tout allait bien à plusieurs reprises, sans interrompre le dîner. Ça faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas reçu un aussi bon service dans un restaurant. J'ai beaucoup aimé mon plat, la côte de boeuf. Je la recommande, peut-être un petit peu plus médium.Voir plus

I came here for my 3 year anniversary & had an amazing time. The waiter was amazing & helpful. He gave us great recommendations for dessert which was much appreciated since we were full but still was in the mood for something sweet. The steak & lobster was a fantastic. Now, let's talk scotch. They've got a selection that would make even the most seasoned whiskey connoisseur weak in the knees. As for the service, it's like having a team of steak-loving ninjas attending to your every need. I would like to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service I received from the general manager, Megan at the Keg Ville Marie location. During my recent visit, I encountered some difficulties while trying to place an order for pickup. Although I don't want to delve into the specifics, I would like to highlight the outstanding assistance I received from Megan. My family & I were in town to celebrate my birthday & while we typically dine in at the Keg, this time we decided to opt for takeout dinner as we had our little one with us. Being a loyal customer of the Keg for over 30 years, I have always had wonderful experiences & this visit was no exception. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I requested to speak with the manager to address the issue I encountered. Megan went above & beyond to handle my entire order & even offered me a special menu item as compensation for the inconvenience. I want to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for Megan's exceptional service. The Keg has always impressed me not only with their delicious food but also with their unparalleled customer service. Vacation in Montreal, trying out one of the suggested best Steak house. We had the 18oz prime rib with mash potatoes cooked med rare, 12 oz New York strip cooked medium rare, BBQ ribs full rack, & vegetarian meat loaf. Calamari for appetizers & Brussels sprouts to share. Over all it was a great meal, our server was friendly & attentive. She totally forgot our Brussels sprout, & gave it to us on the house. That's great service!Voir plus
