Best steak I've had in awhile hands down. Grilled to perfection with just a smidge of salt to bring out the flavor. Top it up with some black pepper & it's excellent. The baked potatoes are great too & complements the steak nicely. Waitstaff was great with their service & recommendationsView more
I question why people come here. For the same price, you can go to steakhouses that are much better(Example: Grinder). This is a chain, & it's not quality. I had the filet mignon with potatoes & vegetables, the potatoes & the vegetables were so dry, clearly it was pre made. The plate they gave me the food in was all dirty. The bread they gave at the beginning was terrible, we couldn't even eat it(I guess I am too used to homemade quality food). The only reason for my 3 stars is for the great service & nice staff!View more

J'ai passé un superbe moment hier soir à cet établissement. Le repas était excellent & que dire de notre serveur. Rudy était agréable, présent, efficace & professionnel. Il est venu vérifier si tout allait bien à plusieurs reprises, sans interrompre le dîner. Ça faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas reçu un aussi bon service dans un restaurant. J'ai beaucoup aimé mon plat, la côte de boeuf. Je la recommande, peut-être un petit peu plus médium.View more

I came here for my 3 year anniversary & had an amazing time. The waiter was amazing & helpful. He gave us great recommendations for dessert which was much appreciated since we were full but still was in the mood for something sweet. The steak & lobster was a fantastic. I was here for my birthday & the food was meh. Bread was mid. The cheesy garlic bread was okay. The drink was not sweet enough. The steak was disappointing but the potato mash was very well made. The dessert was great & it was free because, birthday 🎉View more

During my recent visit, I encountered some difficulties while trying to place an order for pickup. Although I don't want to delve into the specifics, I would like to highlight the outstanding assistance I received from Megan. My family & I were in town to celebrate my birthday & while we typically dine in at the Keg, this time we decided to opt for takeout dinner as we had our little one with us. Being a loyal customer of the Keg for over 30 years, I have always had wonderful experiences & this visit was no exception. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I requested to speak with the manager to address the issue I encountered. Megan went above & beyond to handle my entire order & even offered me a special menu item as compensation for the inconvenience. I want to take this opportunity to express my appreciation for Megan's exceptional service.
