A wine list that will perfectly accompany the fine cuisine of Le Tandem, Sophisticated bottles combining the great classics with natural wine! A card that makes us travel and the agreements are finely tied.

Le menu dégustation à partager, est un choix parfait pour découvrir l'imagination & le raffinement du Chef.

Nous avons adoré notre souper 6 services au restaurant Tandem. Chaque assiette était un véritable plaisir pour les yeux & le palais : le crudo de pétoncles avec son huile de tagète, gel de citron & fraises, le tartare de boeuf, la bonite fumée accompagnée de son nem au chou, les têtes de violon poêlées avec ventrèche, mozzarella de la ferme Maciocia & pistou d'ail, le homard poêlé servi avec sa bisque, asperges de Bianca & touche de tonka, sans oublier le wapiti accompagné d'une sauce au vin rouge, fondu d'oignon, laitue poêlée & pont-neuf frite.

Tout était parfaitement exécuté. La température des plats était impeccable, les accords mets-vins judicieusement choisis & tellement appréciés que nous avons prolongé la soirée avec un dernier verre.

Le service était tout aussi remarquable. Une charmante serveuse, souriante, attentionnée & passionnée, qui connaît parfaitement son menu & ses produits.

Une expérience mémorable du début à la fin. Nous avons déjà hâte de découvrir la Table champêtre &, sous peu, de vivre l'expérience du chef à domicile avec le chef Pascal. Un pur bonheur gastronomique que nous recommandons sans hésitation ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
