On est allés manger au Taiyo BBQ en groupe de 8 personnes, & honnêtement, l'expérience était vraiment super.
L'ambiance est très originale & immersive avec toutes les projections sur les murs, les tables & même le plancher. Par contre, si vous êtes sensible aux jeux de lumière, je vous le déconseille, car ça peut devenir intense. Une personne de notre groupe a même eu mal à la tête à cause des effets visuels.
Nous avions une salle privée pour notre groupe & j'ai énormément apprécié avoir un espace plus intime pour un grand groupe. Je recommande vraiment cette option si vous y allez à plusieurs.
Le service était impeccable. À noter que lorsque vous réservez pour plus de six personnes, le pourboire est automatiquement inclus, mais honnêtement, le service en valait largement la peine. Mention spéciale à notre serveur Vincent & à toute l'équipe.
Il y a eu quelques petits oublis dans certaines commandes & on a dû redemander certains items à quelques reprises, mais ça arrivait rarement.
La viande était vraiment de très bonne qualité. J'ai particulièrement aimé le boeuf. Par contre, je ne conseille pas nécessairement cet endroit pour les sushis. Si vous cherchez principalement un restaurant à sushis, ce n'est probablement pas l'endroit idéal.
J'ai aussi adoré l'attention portée aux détails : les petites lingettes humides sur la table, les toilettes ultra modernes avec siège chauffant & ouverture automatique, le rince-bouche & la crème pour les mains… tout était vraiment bien pensé.
Par contre, ça reste quand même assez cher. Avec le pourboire inclus, ça revenait à plus de 74 $ par personne. Pour moi, c'est davantage un restaurant pour une occasion spéciale qu'un endroit où j'irais régulièrement.
Petit conseil : réservez d'avance, parce que les places se remplissent vraiment vite.

C'était un bel endroit. Nous y sommes allés pour le déjeuner & l'ambiance était agréable avec un décor différent avec un service rapide. The staffs were helpful
La nourriture n'est pas mauvaise. Comme nous étions 7 personnes, nous avons commandé plusieurs plats, ce qui nous a permis de goûter à différentes choses. Par contre, au niveau des mets, nous n'avons pas vraiment constaté d'originalité ni de touche'fait maison' propre au restaurant, sauf pour la présentation des boissons qui était différente & intéressante.
C'est plutôt un endroit qui convient aux jeunes. Personnellement, c'est le genre d'endroit où j'irais une seule fois.

The place is amazing & a dream for anime fans, & beautifull landscapes of japan & other wallpapers with shooting stars on the ceilling, ABSOLUTE CINEMA!
The staff was calm, explained to us the rules & we appreaciate it, since a lot of staff are usually loud & full of energy in other places , which can be a lot for some people with social battery. Hence he was polite calm, & respectfull.
The staff told us we usually have 1 hour & 30 min, but they didn't tell us to leave or anything when we were at 1 hour & 45 min when we left, so i assume they give us an extra 30 min minute, which is generous since in other buffets with timers, they are very strict, but they are much more flexible & patient here at Taiyo BBQ.
We ate to our hearts content, we are coming back & this time I found the perfect place for a casual meal since a lot of people eat a buffet as much as they can since they pay a lot like 60 to 80 dollars, but here at Taiyo you can pay less than 40$ per person at 12.00 everyday that it is open, excluding weekends, meaning it is really affordable for the plates they serve.
10/10, for New people, try to pick a day of the week that isn't friday if you want calm or if you want a more active & being louder come at Friday to Sunday.
We went to the all-you-can-eat buffet with a fixed price (drinks are not included) & the experience was excellent overall. The food was delicious, you can order as much as you want, & there are many options to choose from. The service was very good, & the sensory experience with the screens & the starry sky was magnificent. They also have screens for kids & options to reserve for groups. Highly recommended.
Nous sommes allés au buffet à prix fixe (les boissons ne sont pas incluses) & l'expérience a été excellente dans l'ensemble. La nourriture était délicieuse, on peut commander tout ce qu'on veut & il y a énormément de choix. Le service était très bon & l'expérience sensorielle avec les écrans & le ciel étoilé est magnifique. Ils ont aussi des écrans pour les enfants ainsi que des options de réservation pour les groupes. Je recommande fortement.
A genuinely great, high-velocity AYCE experience that's a massive win for families. Well-seasoned meats, sharp appetizers, & a killer double-threat to keep the kids occupied.

The Lego Room: The ultimate secret weapon. It buys parents a solid window of peace between plates.
