Went on a Monday night & it was packed! We had a reservation so we didn't have to wait!
Seeing the other reviews how it took forever to cook the food got us worried for a bit..
We did encounter the same situation as the other people mentioned here, the thin piece of meat took over 10min to cook which is not normal
The fire was very low but the staff were 100% on point, they kept coming to check, change our grill, trying to solve this etc so I had nothing to complain about
I think management took the reviews seriously to try & improve!
We ended up changing tables & it was much better, the meat were cooking fast, we ate so much!
So a little advice: if your meat starts to take too long to cook, ask to change tables right away instead of waiting longer 👌
Beef & salmon carpaccio were delicious!
Nice atmosphere, we felt it was intimate even if it was packed!
All seating areas had booths so that's a plus!
Would have liked to have more variety too! (Maybe because we went on a weekday)
The desserts were the same as taiyo sushi so it wasn't a new discovery
Ambiance, décor, service tout est était parfait. Ya même le robot qui sert. On a pu réservé la journée même par chance car y a probablement eu une annulation sinon c'est au moins 3-4 mois d'attente.
Je donne 4 étoiles car coté nourriture, c'était bien mais sans plus. Les sushis sont bons. Carpacccios de boeuf & saumon sont excellent. Le reste est juste OK. La cuisson sur le grill est lente pour le poulet & les crevettes & c'est petit 1 grill pour 4 personnes.

J'ai bien aimé l'ambiance & la bouffe.
J'aime les commandes sur tablette. Seul choses que j'aimerais beaucoup c'est qui aille les détails de chaque sushis savoir se qui a dedans pour les allergies ou autres. Moi ya le saumon que j'aime pas alors c'est difficile s'avoir lesquels ya pas de saumon exemple. C'est une choses qui ferrait en sorte je reviendrait pas ... si le changements se fait ma revenir certain.. & j'ai remarqué qui avait des bugs. Car je commandait & la cuisine recevait pas ma commande.
Ou jai reçu dequoi que j'avais pas commandé aussi. Pour le reste je trouve sa bien j'aimerais aussi du poulet blanc & des petite brochettes dans le future.
Queued to eat, waited 3 hours. The last hour, the waiter promised the table would be ready in 3 mins... the previous clients were still chilling at the table for at least 40 mins. Food was subpar. Price did not reflect the experience or food quality. I guess only the carpascio is worth it. Interactive projector display on wall is redundant with a Xmas theme in march.. Lighting was dark (probably to not have an impact on their projectors quality)
Nous sommes arrivez à 18h & ils fonctionnent premier arrivé premier assis pour l'instant! Étant un mardi, nous avons été assis immédiatement, victime de leur succès l'entrée s'est vite remplit, mais ça vaut la peine d'attendre. La nourriture est délicieuse, le service est rapide & l'ambiance avec les projections sur les murs est vraiment chouette!
The food tastes great, the sushi is fresh, & the atmosphere is pleasant-definitely worth a visit! It's especially good for families with kids since there's a play area. Because it's newly opened, reservations can be hard to get, so be sure to book online!

Une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle ! Taiyo BBQ est une véritable pépite. La nourriture est d'une qualité irréprochable, tout est fait sur place avec une fraîcheur & une saveur incomparables. On sent la passion dans chaque plat !
Le propriétaire est une personne incroyablement engagée, chaleureuse & attentionnée envers ses clients. Son amour pour la cuisine & son établissement transparaît à chaque instant. Quant au service, il est tout simplement impeccable : souriant, efficace & toujours à l'écoute.
Si vous cherchez un restaurant où tout est fait maison avec amour & où vous serez accueilli comme un invité d'honneur, Taiyo BBQ est l'endroit parfait. Une adresse à découvrir & à revisiter sans hésitation !
Super restaurant, nourriture excellente, nous avons été très bien accueillis, le toilet est propre & l'endroit est très beau avec ces projections partout, au sol & au plafond. Nous avons eu une super expérience en y allant aujourd'hui, je le recommande vivement !

by no means the best bbq place but it's decent. the options were limited & service was slow (in their defence it was quite busy). the tongs were a pain to use, especially on the thinner meats. food was tasty!

My review is solely based on the fact that there is no way to make a reservation. The voicemail is full & hangs up on you. No online reservations either. You'd think in 2025 it would be a no-brainer to have a proper booking system. I'll be happy to change my review if I ever get a table haha.
The decor was aesthetically pleasing, enhanced by captivating projections, & the staff were welcoming & friendly.
However, there were fewer menu options compared to similar establishments, though we visited during the soft opening so maybe the menu will have more variety in the future. Unfortunately, I must put a low rating due to the quality of the food. While I don't have high expectations from all-you-can-eat restaurants, this was the worst I've been to. The meat was of poor quality, with an excessive amount of fat on the lamb, & everything we tried lacked flavor. Additionally, the grill was only functioning on one side, & the overall temperature was not properly regulated so it was hard to get a well cooked piece. We experienced long wait times for our food, & a significant portion of our order was always missing. Regrettably, we also became unwell around 30 minutes after leaving the restaurant.
Excellent Restaurant for a soft opening. Few points to iron out.

I must admit myself that place was packed. we had to wait & they called us on our mobile, very professionnal.
The grill is amazing & really works well. Grid was changed several times to make experience flawless. The noise level, was great, we were able to talk & really have a good time.
The vibe is nice with the projectors making the restaurant walls & floor look alive with animated scenery.

Quality was great, & overall one of the most equilibrated flavourfull menu. It wasquite delicious.
I had some digestion disconfort...but would go back in heart beat to give 5 stars. But would go for the evening.. 55$ evening price per guest. Now it was 35$ for the lunch, per guest. They use tablets for ordering.
L'ambiance est unique. Rien de comparable. Le personnel est accueillant & attentif aux demandes de leurs clients.
La qualité des aliments est juste incroyable!
Mon nouveau restaurant préférée!!!!
