J'ai rencontré un problème, dont le propriétaire a été victime également. Il a pris 100% la responsabilité. On reconnaît la valeur d'un individu, non pas par ses succès, mais par comment il surmonte les problèmes (un petit pour moi, lui vit une catastrophe présentement). Bravo, handled like a chief! Longue Vie Monsieur, tout mon respect. Encouragez les, excellent sushi & bien meilleur prix sur place que sur les plateformes. Failli perdre un client mais plutôt gagné un pour longtemps!

Nous avons commandé par uber eat je dois-je dire très déçu des vrais restants de table . Pour livraison devrait être beaucoup mieux & respectueux

Food is okay. There is better out there also it is severely over priced! 12 pieces for 33$??? Doesn't make sense! You get better prices & quality & Maiko sushi.

J'ai pris l'assiette de 20 morceaux. En rentrant à la maison, j'ai remarqué qu'il n'y avait pas beaucoup de variété : c'était presque la même chose pour les futomakis. En plus, il y en avait 4 qui contenaient seulement du concombre, de l'avocat & le truc croustillant.
J'ai déjà pris la même assiette dans un autre Sushi Sama & c'était bien meilleur. Je suis déçue.
Par contre, le service est pas mal : elles sont souriantes & serviables.

J'ai commandé plusieurs fois chez Sama Sushi & j'ai toujours été satisfaite; les bols, les sushis étaient frais, bien présentés & vraiment bons. Le seul point négatif était l attente longue attente
Par contre, ma dernière commande ; m'a beaucoup déçue. La présentation manquait de soin & la qualité du sushi les sushis sont mal roulés !! & honnêtement ce plateau ne valait pas 85$ ! C'était vraiment dommage, surtout que j'avais choisi pour une occasion spéciale bref j'espère que ce n'était qu'un incident isolé, car j'ai toujours apprécié leurs produits auparavant. Mais cette fois je suis vraiment déçue

Size of portion is very small! In general, I'm ordering in another branch Hochelaga as usual . They are amazing!! Never will order from this branch anymore!!!! Sushi is cold & not delicious! I payed 63 $ for delivery & i got messy sushi!! Incredible!! NEVER MAKE ORDER ONLINE!!!
