Mon restaurant de sushis à volonté favori. Les sushis sont frais & délicieux. Ça va sonner étrange peut-être, mais j'aime particulièrement que les sushis soient à température pièce penchant un peu sur le chaud lorsqu'ils sont servis... c'est ce micro-détail qui rend les sushis de cet endroit uniques & vraiment bons pour moi. On sait qu'ils sont fraîchement confectionnés avec ce simple facteur. & je n'ai jamais retrouvé ce niveau, cette balance de température ailleurs. Je crois que c'est que le riz, qui est encore un peu chaud, attendrit le reste des ingrédients qui composent leurs sushis. Ça rend chaque bouchée fondante & savoureuse... Mais qu'on soit clair, ils ne sont pas chauds, il sont juste un peu plus chaud que la température pièce. C'est le mieux que je puisse décrire ce qui m'enivre de cet établissement en comparaison à d'autres semblables. Pour moi, c'est excellent. Je me bourre solidement la panse quand je visite ce restaurant.
