I've eaten a lot of sushi in a lot of places &, hands down, this is the best sushi I have ever eaten. Hidden away in the back of the Westmount Square market is this absolute gem of a sushi bar where the ingredients & rice are so fresh that it melts in your mouth. The quality of ingredients is so top notch I venture to believe this owner is well established with a major fishmonger.
Even the take-away sushi is made with care & flair & the soups & handrolls-- devine.
The sushi chefs behind the bar are friendly & efficient.
This is my favorite sushi in Montreal & indeed anywhere.
