WOW..Un service exceptionnel par Alex! Il était tout simplement incroyable - attentionné, souriant, tellement sympathique toujours de bonne humeur, & très professionnel. Il a su rendre notre expérience encore plus agréable & parfaite. Merci mille fois Alex pour cette belle attention du début à la fin 🤗🙏🏻!! Je recommande à toute personne souhaitant louer la salle VIP privée de demander Alex comme serveur!
Les cocktails ne sont pas trop cher & ils sont bons. Service très lent & les entrées de soupe étaient froides pour ceux qui avaient commandé la won tong. Portion généreuse pour certains plats mais encore une fois certains plats étaient tiède. Je n'y retournerai pas.

We have had several family / friend reunion diners at the restaurant since almost 10 years. 5 stars each time. 👏
We had recently a friend party at the'Salle VIP' Sukho Thai Laval & It was exceptionally & remarkable because of the service, the food (special VIP menu), the atmosphere,… everything was more than expected.

A notre arrivée, on nous a servi de l'eau chaude dans nos verres. Mon mari questionne la serveuse. Elle s'excuse & nous ramène de l'eau tiède & ajouter de la glace par la suite dans nos verres. Ça commence mal. L'entrée de soupe Tom Yom & salade a la mangue sont excellentes. La suite est horrible, les crevettes frites ne sont pas cuites. Le pad thai est trop sucré. Le poulet est dur. La crème brûlée est trop dense. Selon un chef cuisinier que je connais, il pense que le poulet était précuit & recuit une 2e fois ce qui rend le poulet dur.
Je voulais juste partir du resto. Je me voyais mal me plaindre de tous les plats au serveur .
Je ne reviendrai pas. Le menu doit être réformer si vous voulez attirer plus de clients . Le service mérite un mise a jour. Je suis venu il y a quelques années & c'était bon. Selon moi, s'il n'y a d'amélioration, je ne sais pas comment le resto survivra avec un menu & les techniques de cuisson comme maintenant.

Has the pleasure of having my bridal shower here. 5 course meal was amazing sooo much food!! & everything was good. It was a great cute little private room. They even offer karaoke but we didn't get time to do it with all the bridal shower games, will definitely becoming back!
Hosted my bestf bridal shower here last Saturday & from the service to the good. Everything was perfect. A perfect place to host events for sure !! Highly recommend.

I attended a bridal shower at this restaurant last week. The food was amazing & fresh. The servers were great as well. Overall, an amazing restaurant & good ambiance.
Belle terrasse, j'ai vraiment aimé! La bouffe était excellente, exactement ce que je voulais. La terrasse était pleine & la serveuse courait partout, mais malgré tout elle est restée super souriante & attentionnée. Le service a été rapide & impeccable. Franchement, chapeau à la serveuse & à toute l'équipe! Je recommande à 100%.
We organized an event at this restaurant in July for a birthday & had to make a $200 deposit via intersac. The communication with Kim, the owner, was difficult & we got the contract only 48 hoirs before the event. They changed our room about 45 minutes before. When we got there, the staff was confused, sent us to the wrong rooms & events & our room wasnt ready. While the organization is clearly lacking, the food is good they have a good list for karaoke & the staff was nice, even if a bit inexperienced. The drink were good. I wouldn't organized another event there, but we had a good night.
We visited this place for the first time on our anniversary. We pre booked the table for 4 people including 2 kids, no issues in booking the table or coordinating with the restaurant. The food was mediocre to the best. After finishing up, I asked the waiter for bill & she brought the card machine. Since the percentage option for tips is removed due to new government rules she insisted that the suggested tip value is mentioned in the bill receipt so we can pay whatever we like. I by mistake looked at the TPS section of the receipt which was showing a number 8 & assumed that their suggested tip amount is based off that number (misreading on my part) & I added $8 tip. Immediately after paying I realized that I looked at the wrong section on the receipt & was about to call back the server to add more tip for her however even before I could call the server, she sent another guy waiter who was about to come all guns blazing disputing the tip amount I gave as it was low for them. I understand that I paid less in tips by mistake but the server should not be forcing to pay or return the tip amount making the customer feel that they did some mistake by paying less which is contextual. If the tip is such a mandatory payment then government should be asked to add it to the bill like taxes. It's tip & supposed to be based on service. Btw I always pay 15 percent minimum no matter how they serve as I understand the struggles of restaurant workers. But they cannot come back to the customer & asking them to take the tip back if it's low in their context. I eventually added $28 to tip to avoid getting into an argument which I hate to do on a special occasion like anniversary.
