Sterlings Steakhouse only offers USDA prime beef, aged 30 to 35 days and hand carved daily. All our steaks are grilled to perfection on a real open wood charcoal pit, to sear in the juices and insure taste and tenderness.

Juste les entrée c'était une éternité imagine les plat principal meme les cocktail c'était long... mon steak a passer de médium a saignant le hamburger a mon cousin étais sec le plat a une amie étais impossible a manger nasty les escargo étais super bon les calmar aussi honnêtement qualité prix va au Lucille MAIS JAI DONNER DU TIPE cause les serveurs font toute la différence il on des serveur impeccable souriant drôle patient attentionné mais la cuisine gâche tout

Attention on vous propose côte de beauf à 40$ le dimanche je suis arrivé à 6h & il m'on dit qu'il en avait plus voilà ce que j'appelle de la fausse publicité pour un steak house on attire les clients comme ça svp appelez avant pour être sûr de ne pas vous faire avoi

Amazing & clean food. Highly recommend. Always an enjoyable experience there. The late night menu is also fantastic. Nice to have a great restaurant that stays open late, it's hard to find these days.

Très bonne nourriture, très bon service.
Une remarque par contre. Malgré la loi qui interdit d'inclure les taxes dans le calcul du pourboire sur les terminaux de paiement, c'était toujours le cas lorsque nous sommes allés à votre restaurant.

The filet mignon & the côtelettes d'agneau were absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, tender, & full of flavor. Tim, our waiter, offered outstanding service from start to finish. When I told him how amazing the food was, he smiled & said,'We have the best chef,' & it truly showed!
The team spirit at Sterling's is remarkable, & Tim's wine recommendation complemented our meal beautifully.

Bon restaurant mais tout est ruine par le service. Une drole d'atmosphere ou les employes s'en permettent un peu trop. Les proprios sont probablement pas souvent sur place.

Went for the 1st time in August for my Aunt's 90th & had s wonderful time. Just returned on the 29th for my birthday & was terribly disappointed.
The service was very nice & attentive when we could find our server. They ran out of baked potatoes & the one we received was ice cold.
Two of the three mignonettes were overdone & the asparagus was incredibly fibrous.
Yes, our server offered another meal but by that time it was too late. She went out if her way but was clearly overloaded.
Both my Aunt & I had severe digestive issues that evening & the next day.
Maybe, MSG on the meat?
Very sad as it is a beautiful restaurant.

First time at Sterlings Steakhouse & it did not disappoint. Our server TIM was amazing. Helpful with the menu & suggestions. All the staff was amazing. As for the food, from the bread to the dessert was exceptional. Crab cake amazing, calamari amazing, filet mignon amazing & roast beef amazing. Will be back 100%. Thank you for a great culinary experience.

This is what a steakhouse should be. Nice ambiance, top notch service & amazing steak. Head the 12 oz filet, asked for a Chicago medium rare & it was absolutely perfect. The seasoning, the char, that first bite that puts you in a different place for a second. It was very enjoyable. Good sides, veggies were warm & crispy, fully loaded baked potatoe was very good, I might have added cheddar, but that's a preference. Decent wine selection as well. Not a super extensive cellar but something for every taste & budget. We will definitely be back for more steak.

La bouff ne vaut pas son prix! La salade César & la soupe à l'oignon sont bonne! Le filet mignon fade, les légumes de saisons totalement fade … aucun goût! Le souffler était liquide à fond! L'alcool ok… mais pour 300$ non ça ne vaut pas le prix! Rendu là bâton rouge a plus de goût
