This place is viral on social media, so be prepared to wait 20 minutes in the line. Bagels are very delicious, it's worth to try. However, there are other St-Viateur Bagel stores around the city where you can simply buy a regular bagel, if you don't want to wait for bagel sandwich.View more
I must've gone outside of peak times (around 4pm) because I didn't have to wait at all to place my order & my bagel came out really fast. Only issue is that, probably because I came outside of peak hours, the bagel didn't feel very fresh. I ordered Le Coco & the bagel only had mayo on one side as opposed to both, which made it feel more dry. The filling weren't seasoned well/were lacking flavour or salt so I was a little underwhelmed. The bagel rotation during busy hours probably makes for fresher bagels so, although there's a longer wait, it's maybe worth sacrificing time for freshness. Service was nice. They do in fact only take Canadian debit or cash, which was no problem for me but just something to keep in mind.View more
Making bagel on the go, we can see its handmade & they do it daily!! It was very cool to see them making the bagel ! Taste really good & really love the vibe in there! The inside doesn't have much place so bit tidy (ended up eating outside to go) Will come back again when I feel like eating bagel~!View more
Wow crazy good bagels. Fresh out of the wood oven & lots of options. A bit expensive for a small scoop of cream cheese (generic brand made), but the combination of the fresh bagel & cream cheese is unreal. A must try when in Montreal! Remember that this place doesn't take credit card, debit & cash only.View more

We had the Le coco bagel & the Breakfast bagel. Expect about a 30-40 min wait if you intend on dining in today. The staff do their best to rush people in & out, but I'm not sure if I recommend going out of your way for it. The prices are slightly steep considering you could get a bagel in NYC for half the price & 10x more flavor. It is cash only!! The surrounding neighborhood is nice for a a stroll after as well. I was slightly disappointed in the coffee too. But glad I got to see if the hype was worth it.View more
Wow, fantastic place. It was recommended to us by a friend & we're happy we went. We tried the sesame bagel with chive cream cheese which was crunchy with a slight smokey flavour on the outside & a warm chewy inside. Cream cheese was ultra soft & luxurious with good flavour. We also tried the maple bagel with apple cinnamon cream cheese. Both were deadly & delicious. Not to mention the service! Above & beyond!View more

The bagels here were exactly as advertised, but what made it most special was the customer service. The gentleman who greeted us warmly, explained how the service worked & most importantly made us feel very much welcome. I was with my wife & 2 girls & we are definitely tourists & everyone seemed very keen to make sure we had a great experience. They represented their neighbourhood well & made recommendations of other local businesses. We came back later that day for some bagels to take home & they provided instructions how to freeze & prepare the bagels. I'm sorry I missed the name of the gentleman who greeted & helped us but we were grateful for his help. Good service matters & can really make an experience. Kudos.View more

I mean, I think you should try these Bagels at least once & wipe away any doubts 🥯 The service is good & quick; the food is good... However, the atmosphere of the place is not the best if you plan to dine in, there is usually a waiting line & it's a bit crowded.View more
Amazing bagel. I love the bagel here the most. However, service & cleanliness that what deduct the overall rating. HOWEVER, do visit. I came here everytime I visit Montréal (which is very often. I tried all the bagel with all spread, well not gonna lie, all of them are good. Heads-up with the size of each sandwich, quite big. I hope this place has a better selection of drinks. Maybe a milkshake, fresh juice or better selection of coffee.View more
