"We ordered a vegan birthday "cheesecake" from Sophie Sucrée. Everybody enjoyed the cake, including the non-vegans. It had a very impressive cheesecake-like flavor and texture - not 100% identical to the real thing, but amazingly similar. No idea what their secret is, but the results are delicious!"
