They're a bit inconsistent but remains the best of the best. Sometimes the smoked salmon is too salty, sometimes not salty enough, sometimes some slices could be fresher. Still would recommended & everytime my family from outside Canada comes over I buy them the pastrami smoked salmon. Even on their bad day, they're still knocking grocery store quality out of the park. So 10/10 would buy again

Highly recommend! All the smoked salmon was delicious. It was my first time visiting & the staff was super friendly & informative, explained basically all their product offerings to me & their different smoked salmons & how they smoke them. I definitely want to go back one day & try some of their other products.

Tellement bon!! Le tartare classique ou du chef - délicieux. Saumons fumés, salades, olives ou bien les fromages à la crème, le tout un vrai délice!!

Wow their salmon tartare with their fresh crackers was absolutely DELICIOUS! What a great service too , they made me taste all their salmons so i can choose the one i like most. Will definitely come back.

We ordered a platter of smoked salmon & their tartare along with delicious bagel chips for a corporate event. A huge hit! Best smoked salmon guests had ever had. Wonderful shop & service. Highly recommend.

This salmon is the definition of high quality. So delicious & enjoyable. The store is extremely clean & staff are VERY detail oriented, kind & knowledgeable. I went in today for the 7th time & am consistently impressed. Love this West Island gem!!
