Food is pretty good except for the risotto (has no taste)
Been a couple of times and they are ALWAYS SHORT STAFF!
Often wait a long time just for a drink.
Management is to blame not the staff.
Very nice restaurant, the terrace is beautiful. Food was good as well.
Worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. First of all, the manager has absolutely no customer service. He was rude, and impatient. I made reservations for a dinner party at least 3 weeks in advance, he calls me the night before the party telling me they have no chicken, changing the menu completely. (What restaurant runs out of meat and chicken?) When I get there, he tells me the food is already made, that I cannot make any changes to the group menu, though my guests hadn't chosen what they wanted to eat yet.
The food was absolutely disgusting. It was not edible at all. The rice didn't have salt or any kind of seasoning and it was hard. It was my dinner, I ended up with a bill of $40 plus parking and I had to go to McDonalds afterwards because I was so hungry. I didn't eat anything.
Then the restaurant made us pay for the guests that didn't make it, they added service charges to our bill, that we weren't aware of. They told us we had to pay for the tables that were set up for us to sit, as well as the utensils and plates we used for the cake I brought.
The service itself was horrible, I had to get up about 10 times to look for the waiter, whether it was for water, service of any kind, or to order.
I was better off having my dinner at Madison's or any basic restaurant.
The place is beautiful, a nice hang out spot, grab a drink and go.
Last but not least, the manager embarrassed our entire group, yelling and embarrassing us because we kept asking questions about our bill. He had no customer service of any kind. The other customers began to look at us with disgust. He was yelling and criticizing us at the bar, speaking so loud that everyone coud hear him. We weren't even loud and we were the ones that were treated poorly. What happened to the customer always being right? we were willing to pay although the only thing we ate were my desserts, we only wanted to understand the additional charges we didn't agree on. When I tell you in all of my years, I have never encountered this kind of service. Giving them one star is even too much.
Excellente nourriture, tres bon service, beau decor.
The food is very delicious, the decor is trendy. Perfect for group parties/dining. A place to discover.
By far the most expensive american football night I´ve been to. I was really surprised that such a place would ever be allowed to be turned into a cheap loud sports bar. That was an absolute ambiance-killer. What a bad first impression of a place that was supposed to be anything but that. My wife absolutely despises sports and tv but it was so cold outside we decided to stay and see what happened.
The food was good. The entrance with avocado and mozarella was quite good. I ordered a cocktail called something like Habitant 67 and was amazing. Her white wine cup was comparatively the most expensive item ($16). Our dishes were ok, I wasn´t really amazed by my fish or her pasta. The Crème brûlée was absolutely fantastic.
Anyways that football game must have been one of the worst marketing decisions ever made. For the amount of money I payed i have to say that even though Katie Perry´s goofy concert made us laugh, I was disappointed because I am sure the place is anything but that.
Went here for my birthday, I had made a reservation and all. The decor is beautiful, very comfortable. Food is fancy, small portions. However, I was given false information when I called about my birthday coupon reservation; and ended up being talked talk to by the waiter. I mentionned more than once that I was vegan and gave him the precisions of it, and he still brought me a little salad covered in feta cheese.
I was told on the phone that I could have a few entrees and drinks instead of a free main course meal since there are no vegan ones available, and once I was there, I was told drinks weren't included; therefore I ended up spending 40$ that I wasn't planning on spending.
A few of my friends that joined my group that weren't dressed 'chic' were looked down upon..
The food really wasn't that good. But most of all, intimidating and unpleasant service. Won't recommend or return.
I would have to say Six Resto Lounge is one of the best places in Montreal. I've been in all the supperclubs in the city and the service i received at Six Lounge was just incredible. The food was amazing and our waitress was very polite and very professional. We stayed for bottle service and had an amazing time. The crowd was older and good looking which is very had to find now in Montreal.
We had a fantastic first time at the Six Lounge inside the Hyatt Hotel. We were two couples that came in for dinner at 9pm and we stayed for bottle service until 3:00am. The DJ was on point, food excellent and the staff friendly & efficient. We had friends who joined us later (around midnight) for the "nightclub" part of the night, and they also enjoyed themselves. We've actually been back twice already, and will continue to do so! We had the bavette, spanish pizza, calamari, grilled octopus, chicken sandwich and they were all full of flavour. The bar makes you feel like you are in New York, Vagas or Miami, fantastic design & feel. Loved it!
