Drinks are great, but the shuyi app needs a lot of improvement. So many mistakes/issues on the app. Missing points, promotions not honoured, branches closed even when the app says it is open... I suggest you call the place before placing an order on the Shuyi app. Other than the app, the drinks are good. Brossard branch next to Kim Phat is WAY BETTER than the Greenfield Park branch inside Millenium grocery store. If you get the Shuyi app & you spend at least 30$ annually, you get a free drink of their choice on ur birthday, but it's a bit complicated to claim on the app.

Très dommage car les thés sont bons mais le service est toujours désagréable. Ne disent pas un mot français & lorsqu’ils font des erreurs dans ta commande, ils s’obstinent & ne corrigent pas.
