We came all the way from Toronto & it was our extreme bad luck we went to this restaurant. I wouldn't recommend this to any one. It was unbelievably spicy & we can't have a single bite of Rotis . Please guys stay away.
Food taste very very goood 🙏🏻 delicious But the service was super slow, it takes very long to bring food . & the environment is a bit dark. The service however was nice & very kind. I can recommend ordering the food very fast

Ordered takeout online. The food was ready on time (great as pickup time was 6pm on a Saturday). Lots of customers dining in. Two customers ahead of me in line, waiting for their order. I had to call for a worker's attention before taking my food which was out on a table as no one acknowledged my arrival). 10% discount for takeout orders. We ordered a butter chicken (rich & creamy, but too sweet for me - I prefer the more savoury style) & tandoori chicken, which was served with rice, vegetable curry, chutney, pickled carrots, mint sauce, & a bit of salad. My family enjoyed it. The portions are generous & the prices are reasonable.
If you're choosing to eat here by just its reviews, you'll get high disappointment. We ordered Garlic naan which was not Naan at all, we can say thick pita bread. Dal tadka seems like thick curry of boiled lentils without tadka. Everything tastes average aa compared to ratings.
Le MEILLEUR restaurant Indien où j'ai mangé depuis que j'habite au Québec !!!!!! L'accueil du propriétaire était professionnel & trés courtois. La cuisines juste parfaite! Décoration & musique traditionnelle invitant au voyage ! Nous reviendrons avec mon conjoint.!!!!!

Very good service! The food was hot, the meat was tender, everything we ordered was very good & flavorful. I'm definitely coming back! I recommend the chicken Tandoori! Also a lot of nut free options!!! The staff was very careful & respectful;)

Always accomodating & friendly. While other places are increasing their prices &/or decreasing the portions, Shaan has maintained their prices & they don't skimp on the portions. Thank you for being fair! *March 2022: Ceylon chicken is amazing! Just make sure to tell them to not add sugar to the ceylon chicken & butter chicken (Or any dish for that matter). The mulligatawny soup is very flavourful but also inconsistent from one visit to the next. Last time there was too much fennel & far too much salt. *Dec 2021: Still the best around. *Best indian food on the south shore. Very polite staff. *

Ce restaurant a la meilleure nourriture indienne que nous avons jamais mangé! Nous avons pris samosa, bhajis, poulet au beurre & saag paneer, avec du riz basmati & des pains naans. Tout était délicieux comme à l'habitude. Le service était attentif, ils ont rempli nos verres d'eau plusieurs fois, par contre l'eau n'était pas froide mais température pièce. La nourriture est tellement réconfortante & à un prix abordable! Les quantités sont généreuses & ils offrent les plats pour emporter nos restants. Je ne pourrais pas recommander de meilleur endroit pour déguster cette culture exquise! Je leur souhaite longévité & prospérité!
