Sésame offers a concept unique in its kind: an out of the ordinary variety of high quality Asian dishes to enjoy in a warm atmosphere.

From the Pad Thai to the General Tao poutine, or one of the various wok sautées, you can eat your meal on site or take it to go.

Additionally, Sésame offers a wide selection of loose teas, several privately imported wines, beers on tap, a wide selection of sake, but especially, a menu of exclusive Sésame cocktails.

Andrea gracefully stayed past closing time so we could enjoy the 5 course 4 person menu. Nagano tonic is to die for if you like gin drinks & the music set a cool vibe. Pad Thai was delicious.

I'm usually very easy to please, but my experience at Sesame was not the best. The good: the drinks were great & the restaurant had a good vibe, however, when it came time to pay, the waitress was super rude. She refused to split the bill. We asked her if we could pay cash one part & the other with cards, but they couldn't accommodate this request. This has never been an issue for me in a restaurant before & if this is their policy for larger tables, she should have mentioned this from the beginning.

Always a great place to forget for an hour that it's a work day! Enjoy the atmosphere, the settings & the good food. It gets slightly loud during rush hours but at least you're almost guaranteed an animated lunch or dinner!.

Le service c'est un de le plus lent au Montréal. 20 minutes d'attente pour avoir un simple cocktail & plus pour avoir nos plats. 2 serveurs & 4 tables seulement au moment. Pas fort.
