Habituellement, je suis toujours bien servi à cet endroit. Cette fois ci, ce fut plus laborieux. Nous étions un petit groupe de 8 & ils ont eu de la misère à coordonner le tout. J'ai été assis un bon 90 minutes après avoir commandé avant de recevoir qqch à manger. C'était lent.
Ça arrive parfois. Je vais y retourner pareil.

Second time at this branch, & fourth time at Sésame in general, & the quality of the food is always top notch! Those chefs know how to mix flavours in a very appetizing. The service is really excellent too. Thanks to our amazing hostess, we really had a very pleasant evening!
Excellent experience in every way. Food was truly delicious with many healthy options. Server was helpful, attentive, charming. Music & decor were perfect. Loved it.
Was excited but the service was just awful. Not impressed from start to finish. I have been working in the industry for 7 years & often give benefit of the doubt but this was something else. Food was average. Pretty sure the server forgot to punch in our mains as it took over 30 minutes for it to come out. We were there for over two hours. The last twenty we were actually eating our mains. I appreciate it gets busy but team work is needed in these times. Food was average. I will say the Hunan dumplings were good should you decide to go here.

Excellent service, delicious food, prices are ok. Not a « cheap eat » but not that expensive for the high quality of the ingredients. Was a wonderful date night dinner. Try the Sesame Bomb shot, it's tasty & different!
J'y vais souvant. Les plats sont delicieux, l'ambience est cool, le service est bon.
Juste une chose, Le soupe-repas, Thaï coco, c est très délicieux mais je pense qu'il fautrait quand même donner assez de nouilles au lieu de juste remplir par bouillons.
Je préfère cel sur sainte Catherine pour ce repas.
Réservation à 20:00 mais arrivé à 19:45. 19:50 la serveuse vient nous porter 2 verres vides & les menus 19:55: nous attendons toujours à ce quelqu'un vienne nous voir pour placer la commande 20:00: une autre serveuse est entrain de nettoyer la table à côté de nous alors on lui demande si c'est elle qui va prendre notre commande, bêtement elle dit non.
On lui dit qu'on attend toujours, pas d'eau etc.
Elle nous répond qu'il y à beaucoup de monde & le service ne se fait pas instantanément!
Wow ! Quelle réponse ! Je lui dit que je ne m'attendais pas à un service instantané mais que ça fait quand même 15 minutes que nous attendons. A ce moment, je suis entrain de regarder d'autres Resto. Notre serveuse revient, elle s'excuse & je lui raconte la réponse inacceptable que l'autre serveuse m'a donné
Je lui dit que s'il y a trop de monde nous irons ailleurs. Sa gentillesse a fait en sorte que nous avons décidé de rester. Heureusement que la nourriture est très bonne! Cela a mal commencé mais bien fini. L'autre serveuse ne devrait jamais répondre de cette façon. Elle aurait pu juste d'excuser au nom du resto & nous dire qu'elle allait chercher notre serveuse! Le resto était à 3/4 vide alors j'ose pas m'imaginer le service lorsque le resto est plein

Réservation respectée, accueil & service chaleureux & attentionné. Nous avons adoré notre gentille serveuse. Ils ont même accepté de m'accommoder pour un plat à cause de mon allergie. Bravo & merci!
