Notre serveuse était vraiment gentille & agréable. Le cari de poulet était excellent. Seul note à améliorer, on était un peu déçu avec les frites qui ont été servis avec le tartare, peut être à revoir pour un prochain menu ! Merci pour la belle soirée!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Sesame, a restaurant in Montreal, & I must say, it was a truly remarkable experience. After a frustrating night of searching for a wheelchair-accessible restaurant, we stumbled upon Sesame, & it turned out to be a hidden gem.
From the moment we entered, our server, Suf, greeted us with a warm smile & genuine kindness. Suf went above & beyond to ensure that we were accommodated & made us feel welcome. Her attentiveness & willingness to assist us in every way possible truly made our dining experience exceptional. Although accessibility is limited (more about this at the end) Suf worked with us to find a way for me to enjoy the restaurant.
Now, let's talk about the food. Sesame offers a menu with a modern twist on various cuisines, & the flavors were absolutely phenomenal. I opted for the General Tao's Poultry, & it was a delightful explosion of flavors. The chicken was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside & tender on the inside, coated in a tangy & savory sauce that left me craving for more.
My wife decided to try the Tao Poke, & she was blown away by the freshness & quality of the ingredients. The combination of chicken, vegetables, & the unique sauce created a harmonious blend of flavors that was both refreshing & satisfying.
As for my son, he ordered the Pad Thai, a classic dish that Sesame executed flawlessly. The balance of sweet, sour, & savory flavors in the dish was spot on, & the generous portion of noodles & perfectly cooked shrimp made it a truly enjoyable experience.
To complement our meal, we also indulged in some dumplings, which were simply divine. The delicate dumpling wrappers were filled with a flavorful mixture, & each bite was a burst of deliciousness.
What truly made our experience at Sesame exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Suf. Her attentiveness, kindness, & willingness to go the extra mile made us feel valued as customers. Suf's exceptional service truly enhanced our dining experience & left a lasting impression.
In conclusion, Sesame is not only a restaurant with incredible food & modern twists on classic dishes, but it is also a place where exceptional service & genuine hospitality shine. If you're looking for a memorable dining experience in Montreal, I highly recommend visiting Sesame & experiencing their phenomenal cuisine & the warm hospitality of their staff, especially Suf.
Bouffe & service excellents! Toutefois, une odeur de cannabis qui arrivait de l'arrière du restaurant à quelques moments dans la soirée nous a fait nous questionner sur la sobriété de certains membres du personnel...
Service was slow. We had made a reservation & had to wait in line to be answered. Had to repeat a few time that we had reserved & people we set up to table before us without reservation. Food was good though!

les serveuses ne venaient pas souvent voir si tout allait bien, il fallait courir après pour obtenir un verre etc. Souvent en train de jaser dos aux tables
Had a lovely meal here, the chicken teriyaki stir fry was as the best I have ever had. Service was slow but only because of a shortage of staff & the waitress was very apologetic, food was definitely worth the wait though!
J’ai toujours beaucoup aimé ce restaurant, mais toutes mes dernières visite ont été de plus en plus décevantes, surtout au niveau du service. (les prix ont également grandement augmenté)
Dernière expérience: 30 minutes d’attente pour une commande à emporter, une fois la commande prête, elle reste sur le comptoir pendant 5 minutes, la serveuse qui l’a vu dit à sa collègue de me délivrer aucune commande si la cuisine n’indique pas c’est quelle commande qui figure sur le comptoir (c’est un enjeu de logistique interne, parlez vous entre collègues, mais ne faites pas attendre le client inutilement). Il a fallu que je demande à un autre serveur si c’était bien ma commande pour qu’elle me soit enfin remise (aucun autre client n’était en attente pour une commande à emporter à ce moment)
