Sésame offers a concept unique in its kind: an out of the ordinary variety of high quality Asian dishes to enjoy in a warm atmosphere.
From the Pad Thai to the General Tao poutine, or one of the various wok sautées, you can eat your meal on site or take it to go.
Additionally, Sésame offers a wide selection of loose teas, several privately imported wines, beers on tap, a wide selection of sake, but especially, a menu of exclusive Sésame cocktails.
Reviews portray Sésame as a warm, elegant Asian fusion spot with a calm, refined atmosphere. The menu is praised for flavorful, generously portioned dishes such as dumplings, poke bowls, Pad Thai, calamari and a standout General Tao, offering good value. Service is frequently described as friendly and attentive, with efficient, considerate staff noted across visits, though a few experiences mention slower pacing during busy times or a louder environment. Overall, the dining experience is described as memorable and inviting, with guests enjoying the food and ambiance and expressing intentions to return.
It was fine but definatly not worth the price. Coconut broth was under seasoned, chicken karage was pink & underwhelming & the papaya salad was one of the worst I've had. The orange general taos tasted like it was made from concentrated orange syrup. The space & servers however are great!
Made a reservation here for 3 & when we got here there was no one in there, which I liked. They gave us two seating options, one by the door & another by the walking path; didn't like either of those options but told us if we picked another seat there would be a time constraint. I was annoyed so just picked the less annoying table option. The food was mid. They are luck we were VERY HUNGRY. The food didn't feel like it was seasoned properly, very bland. I will say their Spicy Wontons were great! But we got their Pad Sew as our main & there was far more bean sprouts than noodles. Was kind of sad that I spent my money there when I probably could have went to Chinatown for a more authentic Pad See Ew. Lesson learned. The atmosphere was warm & cozy & the waiter was nice.

Great lunch spot - the vegan butter tofu was very well made & delicious. Lots of good options for every diet & friendly, efficient staff. It was a bit loud, but otherwise clean & a good vibe. Would recommend.
We waited more than 30 minutes for a terrible lunch special. Rubbery fried calamari, The general chicken & the pad see ew were tasteless. Very disappointed. Overpriced

Trop gentil, on recommande & surtout on reviendra.
Merci beaucoup !

We had a delicious dinner & the food & drinks were good but the service was super slow. We waited after finishing our meals for close to 30 minutes & when the server cleared our meals, we waited another 15 minutes for them to acknowledge us again (we wanted to order dessert). They were definitely understaffed- only two people serving, bartending, & hosting, but the staff was not attentive at all & did not seem to be in a hurry to assist customers.
Friday evening between 4 & 5 pm, there is practically no one. The ambiance was pretty fun. Cool music playing, lights are dimmed. It's really cozy. I went with my 12 year old daughter. She really enjoyed it. We only took appetizers, & it was plenty for us. The dumplings tasting platter is so delicious. The calmar & the tempura shrimp were really good, too. Rania was an amazing waitress. She was really attentive & very helpful.
