At the end of our meal (minus dessert), we gave her our student discount coupons & she rang us through extremely quickly. After we received our copies of the receipt, we noticed that it was less than what we thought it would be with the coupon. However, we just figured they changed their discount or something since she charged all of us the same price so we didn't think it was a mistake. We were waiting for her to bring us our desserts & after 15 minutes of waiting she came back & told us she charged us less by mistake. She was new so we understood & paid the difference & asked her to please bring the desserts for once. Again, after another 10 minutes, no dessert but she comes back again to tell us that she doesn't have a merchant receipt from one of us. She kept asking us if we had it & we told her no we don't have her copy of the receipt! We finally got our dessert & afterward we were about to leave when she stopped us for the 3rd time & told us that she only got the difference from her mistake from 4 people & not 5! We were extremely annoyed at this point & told her that we did pay her the difference & that we paid in cash that's why we didn't have a receipt to show it to her. She kept asking for her merchant copy (which wasn't our responsibility at all) so we went up to the front & talked to the hostess. Now I would not be writing this bad review if it wasn't for this rude hostess. This hostess started literally yelling at us saying why we didn't correct the new waitress when she charged us the wrong price in the first place if we've been to this place before. We were so thrown back. Why is it our responsibility to know how much she should be charging us & how could she yell at her customers for their own mistake? She kept saying we owed her money so I asked her to speak to the manager. They obviously didn't want to get in trouble with their manager so ignored my request to see the manager & told us that we can go (After 15 minutes of yelling). THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! Our waitress was confused & new & I can give her that. However, the hostess was plain rude & should never treat her customers that way.
The food is average, it is not the best in town. The concept is good because it is all you can eat, & they don't make you pay if you end up not eating some items...DOESN't mean you should waste !!! lol The only bad thing, is that we reserved in advance for 7:30pm & we only go seated at 8:20...... It is an all you can eat, so they can't really force people to leave, but still it was not pleasant.... The sushi does not have many varieties so stick to the meats lol, The dessert is good, try the lechee jello :) Happy eating, Jerome
Restaurant Coreen, par contre je ne suis pas sur que ca soit authentique mais jai aime manger la bas. Il avait beaucoup de varietes & beaucoup de viandes ! Jai vraiment aime parce que la nourriture quil offre a ce restaurant est tres cher si on le compare aux epiceries! Leur choix de dessert , essayer leur pudding aux mangues, tres tres bon ! Leur service est tres bon aussi, leur serveur faisait des blagues & on a eu une agreable soiree. Je vous le conseille si vous aimez la viande & a la volonte ! :D
En français: C'est plutôt bon. La viande est bien marinée. Il est plus avantageux d'aller à ce restaurant pendant l'heure du midi durant la semaine. Le personel est très gentil & je recommandes de prendre la crème glaçée au thé vert comme dessert! :) English: It's pretty good. The meat is well marinated. It's better to go there during lunch time on weekdays. The staff is really nice & I recommend taking a green tea ice cream as a dessert! :)
