I've been to Sawadika several times in the past. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere & decor & the bring your wine formula is great! This time I went for dinner with 2 of my cousins. As usual the food is quite good with a nice selection of dishes.
I just feel that the service could be better. We ordered soups, appetizers & mains. & everything was brought to us at the same time! They placed everything we ordered on the table simultaneously. We would have really prefer they brought them spaced out to be able to enjoy the food in a more relaxed way then feeling so rushed to eat so the food doesn't get cold. It all feels very rushed making the experience less pleasant. With that being said the food is very tasty. I would go back but ask them to space out the service.
Pretty restaurant. We were looking forward to trying & were very disappointed. For 44 dollars per person ( same price for our 12 year old) I expect much better. Our issue was with the quality of the meats. Beef was boiled & grey & chewy & the chicken in all of our dishes was also chewy & bland. Soup was ok, peanut butter dumplings & fired rice was edible. We expected much better for price.
Food was missing seasoning & was blend. Waiters seemed annoyed with us asking basic questions about the menu or how it worked for ordering as a group or individuals. Unfortunately it was not a great experience.
Outside restaurant appearance was quite dated. Paper scan bar code for the menus, ecologically responsible. Service needs a little work. Took over 40 minutes to place our order & when we deigned to call the waiter over, he was surprised. Food came quickly. Peanut butter dumplings as an appetizer were delicious. The Genetal Thai Chicken was extremely spicy, even though it only had.one chili pepper indicated next to it on the spiciness level. Portion was extremely generous. Accompanying rice portion was less than one serving. Things were quite rushed for the bills, with the server asking us to repeat what we had ordered. Overall, it was a mediocre experience.
Restaurant fort agréable, service impeccable, personnel très accueillant & attentionné, nourriture excellente. Ambiance conviviale. J'y suis allée avec une amie & je recommande.
Food is in-between mediocre to average level of food taste. Red & Green curries were lower on taste, & PadThai nuddles were not having flavors. Overall the tast of food as'Thai Food' was missing. It was not flavorful at all.

Ce n'était pas notre première visite au bistro &, comme à chaque fois, tout était excellent, y compris le service effectué par un personnel coutois…la formule'à volonté', c'est gagnant!!!

Cozy atmosphere gives me first impression. Ordering food is simple & easy. Dishes brings to us quickly & foods are delicious 😋. Price is fairly reasonable. Definitely recommend to friends & colleagues.
The variety of food is great & the curries are delicious. Some of the basil still fries have the same sauce base & taste very similar, but they are all very tasty! The ambiance is top notch, as the restaurant is beautifully decorated & lighted. Most importantly, the service at the restaurant is so warm & friendly. Very helpful in giving menu advice & patient with our rather hyperactive 4 year old. My wife & I loved our dining experience & will definitely return again!
LOVE this place . Amazing service with a smile & the food is so good . I have gone here about 6 times & I always leave with a full belly & smile on my face . Thank you to the staff & everyone else that is a part of the team here
