Wonderful owners & staff. Very fresh dishes. The sashimi with julienned green apple was great for a summer dish, & if you're a music fan, you'll love the menu.
Très belle soirée. Pour notre première expérience, nous avons choisi le menu de dégustation & les sushis offerts étaient tous excellents!! Notre serveur était très sympathique. Pour l'ambiance, les seuls points sont le décor du restaurant qui est un peu curieux pour un restaurant de sushi... mais c'est un détail. Une des meilleures expériences de sushi à Montréal.
Hands down the best Sushi in Montreal. Open air kitchen where you can see the chefs carefully preparing the dishes. Very friendly & accommodating staff. A true gem.
We visited on a busy Sunday evening, & the place was packed. Despite the rush, the kitchen brigade was working hard to get orders out, & the head chef did an excellent job managing the flow. It took about 35 minutes before we were able to place our order, & unfortunately, they had run out of the soup we had hoped to start with.
So why the 5-star review? Because of how the entire team handled the situation. They offered us thoughtful alternatives for appetizers, & once the head chef had a moment, he personally made sure we were well taken care of. Every dish we received was absolutely delicious-worth the wait & then some.
Good things truly do come to those who are patient. We'll definitely be back.

Probably the freshest sushi I've had in a while in Montreal. If you're in the plateau I highly suggest it. It's a small restaurant so not ideal for groups, but for a date or something more intimate would work perfectly.
You can tell they really put an emphasis on quality product & product description being properly communicated to the consumer.
