The atmosphere was amazing, very nice crew. The kitchen knows what they're doing. I found it a but pricey for the quantity I got, but it was very justified by the quality we got. Also who ever is on the aux is doing a good job, the music was good
Phenomenal experience, cocktails were quick, the service was efficient. & we were never left on our own, or with questions. Exceptional experience would definitely have a return.

Amazing sushi in a great casual location with excellent service. Really nice folks who work there to help you navigate their fun menu. Delicious & very filling!
I feel so bad making this review because honestly this restaurant was one of the best services we ever had. Sun was so sweet & so optimistic about the sushi, she was explaining each dish & how to match it with different sauces similar to an omakase.I really appreciate Sun's service she is super super amazing. If it wasn't for her this review would be much worst.
The food was really really horrible..
The sashimi with apples was yummy. The sushi trees tasted like a mayonnaise pasta salad, some people could probably enjoy, but not us.
We had nigiri otoro & the fish quality was okay, the rice was super hard & cold. I've eaten some great quality otoro & unfortunately even the color seemed off.
Now onto the Maki's… so so so bad. The plates were super beautiful & even on the pictures it looks amazing. However, they all had the same filling some sort of crab & fish egg mixture. They all tasted the same & the fish quality was very bad. The tuna looked slightly brown & overall we just really didn't enjoy it. We were so excited about this sushi place but it's more if you like'American' sushi meaning mixtures etc & not real quality Japanese food.
We go sake & the degustation plate so it was $100pp
I had high hopes for this place but was disappointed by the sushi itself. Some were very good & creative... Michael Jackson & the Christmas tree. But, ~ half of the 12 or so that we tried tasted quite similar, with mushy, homogenous fillings that had little to no contrast in flavour or texture, & were so gloopy/creamy they just fell apart. Unfortunately, three of us also had significant indigestion & sick stomachs that night & all the next day. Visually, they look great, the creative effort is very apparent, the staff & ambience are perfect, but overall the taste experience disappoints, all the more so at $50 a head.
