Since its opening in 2012, Saint quickly became this trendy funky place where colorful and flavorful sushi is served along with hip-hop music. We are driven by a deep sense of community, respect and love towards everyone who comes to see us.
Saint Sushi is widely praised for ultra fresh fish, inventive, beautifully presented rolls, and a warm, intimate vibe with friendly, attentive service. Reviews celebrate creative signature rolls with playful names, a music friendly atmosphere, and high quality ingredients that make the tasting experience memorable, along with thoughtful menus and well executed sashimi. While the space is described as compact and a few visits mention longer waits during peak times, the overall experience is described as delicious, welcoming, and consistently impressive for sushi lovers in Montreal.
I had high hopes for this place but was disappointed by the sushi itself. Some were very good & creative... Michael Jackson & the Christmas tree. But, ~ half of the 12 or so that we tried tasted quite similar, with mushy, homogenous fillings that had little to no contrast in flavour or texture, & were so gloopy/creamy they just fell apart. Unfortunately, three of us also had significant indigestion & sick stomachs that night & all the next day. Visually, they look great, the creative effort is very apparent, the staff & ambience are perfect, but overall the taste experience disappoints, all the more so at $50 a head.

Excellent😄
All the sushi rolls we ordered were absolutely amazing. They also serve sashimi with apple - an interesting combination I had never tried before, & it was delicious. To top it off, my wife had the best Aperol Spritz of her life. The service was fantastic - both our friendly server & the gentleman who hosted us were as professional as you could hope for in a great restaurant.

Merci 🤩
