Samedi 25 juillet pour souper: -commande'oubliée' à la cuisine attente de + de 20 min
-cuisse & poitrine sont très petits
-sauce : plats non remplis & sauce épaisse comme de la glue
-frittes très palottes pas assez cuites
Je suis vraiment très désolée de cet avis, après plus de 20 ans à manger du Fusée de Trois-Rivières, Fusée Shawinigan a ete très décevant.

Le poulet est bon (à mon avis meilleur que St-Hubert). En général, la nourriture est assez bonne mais la sauce à poutine est beaucoup trop salée à mon goût. Les employés sont sympatiques & l'attente est raisonnable. En livraison, l'attente est raisonnable aussi.

J'ai eu une très belle expérience au Fusée avec mes 3 jeunes enfants. Le service à la clientèle était comme autrefois; 110% géniale!
On m'a offert les promotions & on m'a servit rapidement avec exactitude dans ma commande. Je le recommande à tous!!!
Une dame souriante à l'accueil & un homme au cuisine qui est venu nous saluer dans la salle à manger.
Ils nous ont dit de revenir & c'est certain, à coup sûr !!!

Excellent club fait dans un temps record par un personnel super courtois. J'avais une commande pour emporter donc je n'ai pas mangé sur place. Je recommande fortement.
