Bonjour,
J'ai fait une commande de plus de 135$ & il manquait le poulet dans une poutine. J'ai rappelé & on m'a dit qu'on allait m'en livrer une nouvelle. Après 1 heure d'attente, toujours rien reçu. Je rappelle & on me dit qu'elle est partie. La poutine est arrivée plus de deux heures après la livraison de la première commande. Je trouve cela inacceptable. J'ai essayé de joindre le gérant du magasin. On a pris mes cordonnées puisqu'il n'était pas disponible. Aucun retour d'appel. Je viens de rappeler & de lui parler aujourd'hui & il m'a répondu qu'il ne pouvait rien faire pour cela. Je trouve que c'est inacceptable offrir un service de cette qualité.

This was by far the worst branch I've visited. It took 30 minutes to get a takeout order, even though the place wasn't busy. The fries were cold, & the chicken was dry. To make matters worse, the cashier was openly complaining about another customer's issue & even used curse words in front of everyone. Completely unacceptable.

On adore ce resto beaucoup de choix de menu la pizza est bonne mais si vous aimez la pate plus épaisse juste a leur demander! Il son a l'écoute & les filles au comptoir tres gentille!
